This company was due to clean my oven early December. However, no one turned up on the day. I called them, and they said “Unfortunately, we won’t be able to get there, today, and they offered me another date before Christmas. Again no one turned up, I called and was told “Sorry the cleaner won’t get to you today, can we rebook you for January? I declined and asked for a refund which they agreed to. Despite emailing and calling four times since, and with promises of a “refund soon” I still don’t have my money as promised and will be taking it up with my bank.

We were called the day before they were meant to arrive to confirm, and they offered to clean the extractor at the same time, which we agreed to. However, no one turned up on the day. We called them, and they said “unfortunately, we won’t be able to get there, today, can we rebook it for January?”, to which we replied “no thank you, the ovens needed to be cleaned for Christmas; we will have a refund instead”, a request they agreed to. Despite calling several times since, with promises of a “refund soon” we still don’t have our money as promised. Quick to take your money, delivering service or refunds? Not so much.

Absolute con artists. I would give no stars if possible. The reason we chose the service was because the top underside of our oven was badly in need of a clean. Came back to find they had not cleaned the top underside of the oven because “we can't clean near the element in case the chemicals damage the element” Nowhere on their website does it mention this. The element pivots down and could easily be covered and protected. A complete joke. Shame I can't upload pictures.
They took payment upfront- didn’t turn up twice, didn’t call to let me know & 6 weeks later, I’m still chasing my refund. Run ,run away fast!

The gentleman was quick, efficient and explained what he was doing, and what I needed to do to make the equipment safe to use.
Charged £5 for new oven bulb. Not done. Everything smeary and oven shelves still dirty at the edges. Left with no power to lower oven. Today, I noticed that you have taken out a further £9 from my bank account. What was this for? So, I do not consider £139.00 a fair deal. I asked for an afternoon appointment but you decided on a morning one without my permission.
Absolutely atrocious. Payment upfront which I normally wouldn’t do. Messages on the day they were delayed. Then late afternoon told they wouldn’t make it. Couldn’t then give me another appointment for 2 weeks. I cancelled and still 2 weeks later waiting for a full refund. Go somewhere else don’t use these. 🤬

I cancelled my oven clean around the beginning of November due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to rebook another date so I asked for a refund of £95.00. I received an automated email saying this would take up to 28 days. I have still not received the refund despite emailing and calling on several occasions. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be recommending this company to any of my family or friends.
Booked a single oven clean for the 3rd of December and was told they would be there after 11am. Oven support called on the day to confirm and asked me to pay the rest of the costs (£20 deposit paid and a further £20 to pay) which i did. I was then contacted later in the day to apologise as they were running late and around 4pm was told they werent attending due to unforeseen circumstances. All this was dissapointing but i understand the time of year and how busy people are. My issue is with my refund. I called the following day to arrange a refund to which i was told they would process. I completed the email they asked me to and all should be fine. It is now the 17th January and i am still waiting for my money back. Been fobbed off over 3 phonecalls. 1st call i was told my refund was pending and all refunds would be completed by 15th January. 2nd call i was told it is still pending and the accountants are dealing with it. Today (17th) i am now told it might be with me Monday (20th) it is completely unacceptable to hold a customers money for this long. I would class this as theft/fraud. Safe to say i do not recommend this service at all and would love to hear from someone from the management team to explain themselves. *Update* Called again Monday, was told it should be with me by the end of the week... i asked to speak to a Manager and was told there isnt anyone else to speak to and if i want to take this further i should send an email. I stated that emails can be ignored to which the lady replied "it wont be" here i am 2 further days later with no email reply and still no money in my account! Avoid at all costs.
Disappointed with Lack of Service I had scheduled an oven cleaning service, but unfortunately, they didn’t show up at the agreed time. There was no communication or explanation for the no-show, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had rearranged my day to accommodate the appointment, only to be left waiting without any updates. This lack of reliability and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for punctual and dependable cleaning services. They also block you on Facebook if you leave a comment they don't like! I hope I will get my money back soon
What a treat, a super clean oven. The two gentlemen arrived at exactly the time they said they would. There were with us for 1 1/2 hours and I can honestly say they did an excellent job. My oven and hob are sparkling clean and I’m so happy. It was a very good price and will definitely be booking them again in 6months time
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE During my annual clean in October the cleaner managed to short out the filament on the grill tripping the RCB circuit breaker. Having reported this an engineer came to inspect the problem. After this also in October I have madee over 30 telephone calls to try to establish when this company was going to repair the grill. Little or no feedback was forthcoming and now in January I am still none the wiser when they are going to repair the damage they caused. Utter disgrace. I am now consulting my soiicitor
After seeing a review on Watchdog we were worried that our experience would be terrible but just the opposite. Good communication, on time, Ben did a thorough and professional job. cleared everything, no mess or smell. The oven looks like new. Thanks v much
Dale came out today to clean my oven what a great job he done and a very nice person very friendly. Very happy customer and will use Dale again.

Jan 21,2025Whilst Josh friendly and on time (previous planned visit cancelled due to illness) the end result on further inspection not up to standard I expected for £145 fee. Oil/grime Marks left on oven door front and sides, thin film of cleaning material and dirt left on hob which required complete wipe and work from me to rectify. Oven bottoms were clean but sides still marked and dirty. Very disappointed and unlikely to use again. Was not able to give advice either on what I should do with loose door either. Generally poor service for the premium price paid. This on top of many hassles from the company trying to upsell things before the actual day of cleaning.
