I had my oven cleaned by Freddie, today, a very pleasant and friendly young man. He made a brilliant job they are gleaming and absolutely no mess. Will definitely use them again.

Great customer service, friendly engineer, the product used didn’t smell toxic and i am mega happy with the outcome :) Many thanks. Ps. I have used a different company previously but i am so happy with the whole process by Oven Clean that from now on I will use these guys only. Top job! thank you

My Oven amazing but l wish you had told me you only half clean extractor fans Apparently you don’t employ 8ft 10” people and your staff can’t use ladders. Expensive £35 for half a job. Disappointing.

Avoid this company at all costs. I booked an oven clean ahead of hosting Christmas. Received a confirmation call and also trying to sell lots of extra services. Agreed to a hob clean and oven clean. Paid 50% upfront, which I then regretted. The day before the clean, I get a call and message saying the cleaner is ill and so I need to reschedule. I called them and the next dates are after Christmas. I immediately asked for a refund. They said it took 28 days. How ridiculous. Quick to take my money off of me! I am still waiting for a refund - cancelled on 12th December. We have called them several times. I'll be taking this further.

Supposed to turn up on 4th December for a morning appointment. Called the day before for the rest of money, to sell extras which I agreed to and then changed to an afternoon appointment. No one turned up and after a few phone calls to them told they would have to cancel because other jobs have overrun (customers booking single ovens but having double ovens! Or probably the sales team selling extras) I then asked for a refund and told 28 days. I have since been contacted to rebook twice and have informed them I have requested a refund. I have rang several times. Never a manager to speak to and can't speak to accounts. Told I will receive my refund by 31st Jan almost 2 months later. Not hopeful, think it's time to report them to Visa.

I booked an oven clean before Christmas and paid a deposit. Closer to the time I received an answer phone message to say the booking had been moved to 23 Dec. We were out that day and couldn’t be in, they couldn’t offer me another pre Christmas date so I asked to cancel and get a refund. I still haven’t had the refund despite emailing and calling to chase it. I have had no cancellation email. Very unhappy, no clean and no refund! Do not recommend. Update, thanks for your reply, but it’s now 31-01-25 and despite your message I still haven’t heard from you directly or received a refund

Absolutely ripped off by this company. Chap came on 13th January to clean ovens, good job but told me the oven mats i bought would be posted to me. I sent several emails with no reply. I phoned 15th January and was told they had been posted. It's now 22nd and still no mats which I have paid fir. Steer clear of this company

If I could I’d give 0 stars awful company. I booked them to do an oven clean on the 21st January, I was phoned to pay 50% a few days before as a deposit and to try and upsell every appliance in the kitchen. Then again the day before to try and upsell again and tell me my time slot, which turned out to be no different than when I booked an afternoon lot so anytime from 1pm wiht no better time window. Yesterday I got a text saying my guy was running late but as I had no idea when he was due in the afternoon schedule all I could do was wait. By 4pm it was clear no one was coming and I tried to phone but gave up holding. At 4.30pm after I’d sat in all afternoon I got a phone call to say he wouldn't be coming as he’d had vehicle issues and was running very late so would I like to reschedule. I said definitly not as clearly they could have told me at 1pm he wouldn’t make it to his later appointments. So I asked for a refund, I was told it would be organised immediately. No refund received, so I sat on the phone to talk to customer services who finally stated it takes up to 28 DAYS to issue a refund!!! Totally unacceptable,basically a month of sitting on my money and no service provided, not even an apology. I would avoid at all costs and find a local oven cleaner who books a proper time slot and then takes payment after the service is provided.

This has been a great experience. I was able to book an oven clean for the next morning after trying unsuccessfully to clean my oven myself for several days. Unfortunately, I put a typo in my phone number so had to call customer service who were incredibly helpful and on the ball. The man arrived and cleaned my oven quickly and very efficiently and left me with a gorgeous oven ready to use. He also gave me some great advice about cleaning my hob, I could not be happier. I will be using this company regularly from now on for sure.

Ashley arrived this morning and has done an amazing job on my oven. It's gleeming. He also gave me some great advice on cleaning my cooker top. Very professional and friendly. Will definately use Oven support again.

Very professionally, helpful and friendly. Did an amazing job my oven looks like new again. Also did a fantastic job of my hob and extractor fan. Couldn't fault Atilla and would HIGHLY recommend

As seems to be a common experience here we booked a clean just before Christmas. 24 hiurs before the appointment it was changed to a time and new date that didn't suit us, but we had no choice. The cleaner didn't show up and when we called to find out where he was we were told he wouldn't be able to make it and were offered a new date in January. We said no and asked for a refund. We were advised it would take 28 days. How can a bank transfer take 28 days? On day 28 no refund received. I phoned and was told accounts dept had a backlog and to expect payment by the end of January, 6 weeks after the visit was booked for. I informed them that they had 7 days or I would go to the small claims court and no doubt the costs would be awarded against them. An hour or two later I got an email confirming the refund was processed, but allow 10 days to hit my bank account. Finally arrived yesterday.

I requested an oven, hob, extractor and microwave clean when my tenants continued to neglect cleaning after use. Everything was cleaned well and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience & have requested a professional clean every six months. Tenants were also very pleased and happy to see through the oven glass again! Thank you Dale :-)

Avoid this place!! Booked an oven clean for £40 then accepted a microwave clean for £25. Paid a deposit then was contacted to arrange a time.. pushy sales so agreed to an extra clean for an extractor £25. Came to do the clean couldnt do the extractor and the microwave clean was horrendous didnt even look touched. (My daughter was in I was at work so didnt see it) Emailed 4 times rang 5 times spoke to zoe who said it would be passed to quality control... never heard back then spoke to sue, said it would be looked into, then i had to ring again zoe denied speaking to me (how do I know your name then?) Said I was only getting a refund of £15 as this is all I paid for the extractor not being done????!!!! Completely fraudulent company... I should be getting £25 refund for the extractor plus the microwave that wasnt done properly how is that just £15??? I will be doing a charge back with my bank I have email and picture evidence. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES Update on 4th feb Still no response off customer services!! You have been reported.

Dale did a very good job in cleaning our double oven. It had been left for too long and was a real challenge for him. He worked hard and it took time to bring it back to excellent condition.

Had a booking for the 2nd Dec, which was cancelled on the day by the company as the cleaner was sick (these things happen). They couldn't rebook me until the end of the month, which was too late as I was moving out. Requested a refund for the 50% paid upfront and was told it would be back with me within 28 days (It really shouldn't take that long to refund an electronic payment !!). 28 days came and went without a refund, so requested it again. It's now been 49 days and still no refund. My last email didn't even get a reply !

Booking online was OK, half of payment needed up front. Opted for service between 1 & 5pm. Day before cleaning I am phoned to complete payment. Not happy with this - why should I pay whole amount upfront? Also told that cleaner would be with me between 8am & 12 noon. The fact that I'd opted for afternoon was just a 'preference'. Fortunately someone could be there in the morning - I couldn't and that's why I booked an afternoon service. The cleaner did phone me an hour before arrival. My ovens are a whole lot cleaner than they were, but there's some powdery residue on some of the shelves, the metal walls inside of the microwave are streaky and there are still some marks on the inside of the microwave door. Overall - I won't be back to Oven Support.
