Easy to book a slot for date and time on their website. Follow up phone call and on the day of clean was given a 20 min confirmation of time by Freddie who did a fantastic job.I have used them many times before and will use them again.

Still awaiting refund that was promised by close of business on 24/12/24. Told today will now be by close of business on 15th January. Do they mean this year? Can't understand why demand made for deposit payment when booking cannot be replicated for a refund. Additionally I created 3 service tickets on my ovensupport online account none of which have been responded to. Also sent several online contact forms which received a response..from mail chimp saying email account not recognised. Update 13th January 5.56pm refund made to visa account but may take 10 days to appear in the account. Threatening legal action seems to work, will update again in due course. Update 15/01/2025 Just been notified account has been refunded in full.

A very dirty oven - cleaned to new without judgment. Took less time than a washing machine cycle. The operative was friendly and efficient. Money very well spent.

Good job carried out. Where items were left to be cleaned and oven hob left a little dirty and not wiped.

(Ive now down graded my review as I am still chasing my refund and now being ignored) Made an online booked and received a call the day before for collection of payment which was a bit confusing as thought everything had been paid but only paid a deposit. No drama. However,the problem was I requested a PM slot and when asked to confirm the guy mentioned it would be AM due to the cleaners route, which didn't work as I wasn't home. Guy was quite abrupt when asking about cancelling and said would take 28days to received - which is a joke and in my opinion sign of a bad company - so didn't start off with great impressions and decided to cancel and go elsewhere. If it starts off bad then it usually doesn't get better! Just be mindful when booking.

Really happy with my clean. They were very quick and my oven looks as good as new! The booking process was also straightforward and over all good value for money.

I requested a clean for my oven, microwave combo oven and extractor hood. Overall the clean was ok, all of the major dirt was gone, however all of the surfaces were left with white smears which I then had to clean off with water and buff with a cloth. This necessitated removing all the racking etc which really should not be the case. This was not the case when I have used other companies in the past so I was a little disappointed. The cleaning technician was very friendly and polite however, and left the rest of the kitchen in a clean and tidy state.

Fantastic. Great communication prior to appointment from Dale. Dale is lovely guy, who did a great job and gave me some very helpful tips regarding oven care.

Update 3rd February - still no refund transferred back to me!! Unbelievable company - avoid at all costs! If I would give no stars I could. They take your money then kept pushing back dates. I don't think they ever intended to send someone to clean. I call them every day and have spoken to Katy in Customer Services 4 times - she says they are transferring the funds that evening but never it never happens. Don't ever use this company - it is a scam. I am currently raising a dispute with my Credit Card company as I believe that us the only way I would get my money back.

Just further to my previous reviews - no effort to rectify the damage done to my kitchen was even attempted - furthermore, on top of damaging my kitchen (£1,500 of damage) - the cleaner also told me that it was impossible to clean inside the glass of my slide and hide Neff ovens as it was baked on (ovens 1 year old). Since this I found a small family run firm local to me in s.wales called 'Ovencraft' - I cannot tell you the difference - this man laughed at the experience i'd had with ovensupport, and of course managed to clean the ovens properly , they look brand new and of course he did not damage the kitchen! Still in process of taking ovensupport to court through trading standards - shameful company please avoid at all costs .

Sadly I write this review. After looking at the reviews I felt confident to book. When I booked I made it very clear I can only accommodate a visit after 2pm because my sister has terminal cancer. I was told that it could be accommodated. On the day of booking I had a phone call to say ibwas the last visit and will get a call 30 mins b4 they arrive. Then I received a call to say the gent who was coming had injured his hand and then re booked for the Sat ( 5 days later ). I got a call today ( day after the re booking by a gentleman who tried to sell further services and quite pushy. I informed him that I can only do after 2pm and told its a 9 to 11 am appointment. I told him that when I booked I was told that it would be ok. He then informed me that they can't accommodate after 2 pm visit and basically said I was wrong with the information and never was told that. .so anyway he said he cancel the appointment without any feelings so I'm now waiting for my refund of £65. I feel totally let down by the professional standars of this company and how this has been handled. I'm waiting on my refund but would not recommend this company who seem to prioritise up sell then the needs of the client by totally ignoring what was arranged asmt time of booking. Also it's not a local company but a central office who pass the work onto 3rd hand cleaners. Now back to trying to find a local company who will fulfill my circumstances.
