Jan 31,2025They were supposed to clean our double oven on the morning of 25th November 2024. The evening before I received an sms stating they would arrive in the afternoon which we could not do. I asked for a refund,which they told me could be 3 weeks, which is excessive. I have made numerous phone calls to this firm only to be told "it is with accounts". Today, 30th January,2025 I.e. more than 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. My advice is keep away from this so called firm ,like the plague

Jan 30,2025I had my oven cleaned yesterday has last year and year before it was fantastic the oven was like new racks spotless and the bottom tray This time I was extremely disappointed the oven was half cleaned on the back and sides the guy was loverly and friendly don’t get me wrong but I wasn’t impressed this time I phoned the office they apologised and he came back today but sorry it not has clean has before so I’m sorry to say I won’t be coming back and I paid 55 for this and can get it cheaper else where

Jan 30,2025Oven, racks and hob have been left with solution residue and smears, the roof of the oven has not even been touched and the light in the fan oven is no longer working (worked prior to the clean) Cleaner filled in his own what I now know to be a satisfaction survey only asking me for a OTP and signature I have emailed photos and videos to their support email but have yet to receive any response

Jan 29,2025The cleaner was exceptionally good, very thorough and very respectful of our home. He is a credit to the company. However, the head office completely messed up our plans as I called to arrange the job for a specific day and time and they somehow missed booking this! So 1 out of 5 for them and 5+ for the actual worker.

Jan 29,2025Having read the reviews on here I feel quite lucky that someone actually turned up and he was a very mannerly and pleasant young man - sadly the job was really poor with a coat of grease left on every surface and oven doors left with marks on them - very poor and for a discounted rate of £70!! The discount was because he couldnt get one of the shelves out of the oven to clean the main oven otherwise I would have parted with £115 - extremely poor value one can of oven spray would have done a much better job - I could have bought a whole oven cleaning kit for around £15

Jan 29,2025Great communication and contact through out. Friendly staff. Giving 4 out of 5, because I had to pay the total price before the appointment. I did appreciate the 50% booking fee to ensure you take the appointment seriously. However if you use a company for the first time for a service, it is a bit of a risk to pay the full amount upfront.

Jan 29,2025Ripped me off last year. Was waiting for a refund foe over 2 months, and fobbed off on the phone. 1 year later in Jan 2025, and they're calling me to ask if I want yo use them this year Haha. Worst customer experience I've had.

Jan 28,2025I booked the oven clean over the phone and paid 50% deposit I requested an afternoon slot but when it was confirmed it was a morning slot That did not deter the great job the pleasant young man Logan did on the double oven and the hob It looks brand new !The price was very reasonable compared to some companies I had quotes for .I will use them again in the not too distant future

Jan 28,2025No point in calling to offer extras if these aren't added to the system and included in the service. Not willing to come back out to complete the job even if their oversight and error their end. Saying all this, what was completed was a great job so not the person who did the job fault.
