Jan 17,2025What a cowboy outfit, must be run by John Wayne. My neighbour had his oven cleaned by you cowboys. Then poured the shit from the oven down my own drive and my neighbours. So now we have grease and fat all over a new block paved drive. I intend to get the drive cleaned and send these cowboys the bill. Don’t waste your money with this cowboy outfit,

Jan 17,20259th December I stayed in and nobody showed up, requested a refund and have been phoning every few days I have now been told end of this month . What a company 7 weeks to refund £40 are they that poor and I don’t doubt that I won’t see my money again !

Jan 17,2025Avoid avoid Avoid Booked for my oven clean on the 10th December waited all afternoon rang company and was told engineers cancelled the booking, asked for my deposit back and was told it would take 28 days, it’s now the 16th January and still no refund in my bank, I have given them plenty of chances before I put this review on, rang them, emailed them, customer services keep saying it will be in my bank tomorrow never happens. What is the problem of returning my money

My first clean was cancelled very late in the day after constant calls asking if they were still coming with little apology , second clean was booked and I was assured I would get a morning slot . Guy eventually arrived after 2pm again rude staff on phone who were in no way apologetic about it . No phone call from cleaner to let me know eta despite being told many times this would happen . Unreliable and staff need a lesson in customer service .

Jan 16,2025OVEN SUPPORT - AS SEEN ON WATCHDOG SCAMMING PEOPLE ! Ordered an oven clean as we just moved into a bungalow but after booking it realised the oven was faulty as well as filthy! So contacted them to get a refund - sent bacs details for the refund as requested but then the email bounced back! The returning email report stated sender blocked!🤬(have screenshot to prove this) So I put all the relevant information through via my other email account - they just ignored me! Update: 6 weeks later:- Yes, FINALLY they saw fit to refund me - only after trashing them on here! Still avoid like the plague! Watchdog reported constant cancellations of appointments & failure to do the task they take the money for!

Jan 16,2025Have found the service of this company to be appalling to say the least. The oven cleaner did not turn up at our property and I then had to contact the company several times to find out what was happening. At one point I was told that the cleaner was at my location and then the next minute I was told that the cleaner would not be able to make it that day. I asked to complain and for a full refund. It is now over 4 weeks since I asked for the refund and I still have not received it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jan 15,2025I’ve just had my oven cleaned at what was supposed be advert price £40. Was phoned 2 days before to be told I’ll need to pay an extra £5 as I live on 2nd floor flat. When I looked in my account I’ve paid £20 deposit + £45 = £65. This is not a good policy to advertise one price and charge another. Also the oven cleaner walked mud onto my hall & lounge carpets. I certainly won’t be recommending this company.

Jan 15,2025The cleaner was on time and did an excellent job cleaning my oven, hob and extractor fan or so I thought. When I checked everything out later in the day I found that it was substandard, the shelves and inside were not cleaned properly.He was very courteous but was only here for 1 hour, which is nowhere near long enough to do a proper job

Jan 15,2025I had an appointment for an oven cleaning. The cleaner did not show up. I called the customer service team who offered to rearrange the appointment for a time that was no good to me so I requested a refund. Five weeks later I am still waiting on my refund. I’ve had no explanation to the hold up and have been fobbed off at every step.

Jan 15,2025This is a scam company. They take your deposit, cancel your appointment and refuse to refund. 28 days to refund but I’m past that and not a penny back despite numerous calls. Does anyone know what action can be taken?

Jan 15,2025Booked an appointment within days, so started ok. Took the day off work.Was given a 10-1300 time slot , 1400 still no sign . Had to call customer services, they said he’s been delayed until 1530. 1600 was sent a text saying no one would attend today due to over running of work. Called to reschedule, was given a slot 4 weeks away. Have asked for a refund but looking at some other reviews I’m not confident. Steer clear of this awful company.

Jan 14,2025Nice man very polite. I wasn’t made aware that being an electric oven the grill area could not be cleaned I had opted to have my oven cleaned once a year but as the whole oven couldn’t be cleaned I will phone and advise I wish to cancel the monthly subscription of £4

Jan 14,2025Oven clean cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice and could not be rescheduled pre Christmas, 1 month on and still no refund for deposit paid despite requesting this twice. Will not be using this company in the future.

Jan 14,2025I do not normally write reviews however Oven Support is a disgraceful company with awful customer service. Booked a clean on 18/12/24 - despite confirming the appointment and upselling me the day before, no cleaner arrived during our time slot. I called to chase twice and was told both times the cleaner would still fulfill the appointment. After a third call, and waiting 5 hours for the cleaner, I was eventually told the cleaner would not attend and no appointments were available for 2 weeks. I requested a refund immediately and chased it up on 4 separate occasions and but I have still not received my money back, with my latest request getting no reply whatsoever. After 4 weeks of chasing them I've had enough and I have claimed the money back via my bank and reported to trading standards. They are incompetent at best, and fraudulent are worst. Avoid.

Jan 14,2025The agent was delayed and I feel he had to rush my clean not that impressed with the standard of finish didn't take the glass out of the ovens doors to clean the double-sided glass think the agent was given too much work I could rub smears from the inside the back of my ovens and felt greasy I feel that my oven was not that dirty and there was only a small amount of burnt on dirt to remove but there is still residue on the back surface
