Apr 29,2025My home was dirtier when they left than when they started it was nothing less than appalling. I have been charged £200 for services I have not received. I was sold a double oven clean, fridge freezer clean, freezer clean, washing machine clean and extractor fan filter change. I was specfically told by the sales person that my metal filters would be replaced and I queried this being told that they were standard and this was usual. In fact what happened was they attempted to clean them and they were filthy with residue of the cleaning product left all over them and the hob. The washing machine wasn’t cleaned at all the operative forgot it which he told me after I called him. The oven was left full of cleaning residue. My kitchen floor was left in a filthy state of mud dirt cleaning products. The fridge freezer had a wipe out but was not cleaned it was still dirty. I reported all this to the company explained I was now away and all they could offer was a reclean. No thanks I will be getting a chargeback from my company. It took them ages to respond and the customer service was as bad as the clean

Apr 29,2025First oven cleaner did not turn up . I took a day off work especially for this . When I rang the company they said he had been to property but no one answered the door . This is a lie . Rebooked . Had to pay before the work was even done ?? Would you pay for a meal before you had eaten it in a restaurant?? Today , Tony , a local employee from Paisley turned up. What an amazing man , hardworking , friendly , trustworthy and very underestimated in my view by his company . I would give him personally 5 stars… our oven is as shiny as a diamond . However I would not recommend the company .

Apr 29,2025simon was kind and professional the ovens are so clean we cant believe it, i didnt think they were that bad, but he said they actually were, but cracked on and did an amazing job- i would highly reccommend

Apr 28,2025Jim (CT area) was great, called me to let me know he was on the way, and the oven clean was to a great standard. He even cleaned my oven pans for me. I was a bit worried after reading all the negative reviews that it could be a scam, but he reassured me it wasn't. My gut guess from reading all the other reviews, and seeing the reviews of staff on the website where people rate their employers, is that the company probably pay their staff a pittance and so there's issues with the service in some areas. İt's a shame because if you valued your staff you could have a really great, well spoken of company.

Apr 28,2025Jason WV13 arrived in allocated time and worked swiftly and thoroughly to bring my double oven back to its former glory. He covered the floor and protected the surrounding area and once he had finished the cleaning he let me inspect it before the final payment was made. Jason was very professional and courteous. Apr 28,2025Once the booking was made we were called on 3 seperate occasions trying to upsell products, and then to top it all on the day they were due to visit we got a text to say the driver had no van, that was 3 weeks ago and they still havent returned our moner. AVOID

Apr 28,2025Brilliant communication, the whole process from booking to the ovens being cleaned was very easy and straightforward. Michael was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job, both my ovens are sparkling and look like new! Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Apr 27,2025not very happy with the top part of the cooker where the lid comes down on the burners that was very dirty when I closed it down so I cleaned that part myself I Propably wont use this company again

Apr 25,2025We had Ben clean our oven and extractor fan, it was in a very bad state before but it practically looks like a new Oven! Ben was very efficient and fast, I’m very surprised how clean he got it. The whole process was really simple and also the best value oven clean found so far.

Apr 25,2025I booked an appointment through the website and was contacted the following day by an agent to confirm the booking. Stephen called as promised before he arrived at the house and did a superb job. He was polite and professional and there was no mess at all. Would definitely recommend!
