Nov 23,20241st appointment was cancelled but got booked in and Rhys turned up on time and did a fantastic job and fitted my new door seal. Even gave me a few tips to keep it clean. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Nov 22,2024A youngman called Dale came and cleaned oven microwave hob and extractor. Did a great job all cleaned uo very well. Over 17+ years and came up as new. Dale worked cleanly and cleaned up after. He was very keen to get all apliances looking bright and clean. Not cheap but worth the money. Thank you Dale

Nov 22,2024A month and a half later, with being told daily that I'd get calls back. And never happens. Then asking for my landlords details to talk to him and this not happening either.. A hike called made today to just have the advisor on the other end laugh at me. And for them to have miraculously lost the before photos and offer me a refund for the clean not damage to oven. Hob totally scratched and back splash all marked. If could attach photos I would. Have seeked legal advice now and will be taking this to the next steps STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE WASTERS!!

Nov 22,2024Still no REFUND this has been 6 weeks now !!! I wrote on here already they asked me to emal them ! Sent 3 emails this week no email back (there’s a shock ) rang up to be told I’m priority by someone called load of s*** Absolutely avoid this company SCAMMERS !!! Let’s hope trading standards can do something about this company as all they do is rip people of !

Nov 22,2024Avoid avoid avoid! Poor customer service and unsatisfactory poor amateur job - you take customers money pre oven clean then fail to undertake a professional job! I’ve come home now to the job of completely re- cleaning all the inside and out of my oven. There was dirt, smears, sticky muck and white powder residue on all the 3 trays and the two wire racks that you’ve charged us £80 for cleaning!!! Its a scam and you are just a company overseeing the whole country giving jobs to random people who are unqualified to undertake a satisfactory job!

Nov 21,2024Appointment for today was confirmed at 9.05 am via telephone, then received text at 12.46 advising they were running late by 2 hours. I phoned them at 15.25 to be told appointment cancelled. I requested refund and was advised this can take upto 28 days. I should have reviews before booking as this company does this on a daily basis. Avoid at all costs, they are cowboys and thieves.

Nov 21,2024This company should not be in operation they took 4 weeks to refund my deposit after they failed to turn up plus a further £8.00, and today they have taken a further £8.00 after they finally refunded my £40.00. I telephoned oven support and the person could not even deal with my query. They should not be in operation.
