Jan 28,2025Do not use this company. I had to fight for my refund despite all the excuses. From what we learned they take the 2nd payment of £65 from you the day before the booking and then cancel you a few hours later saying the oven cleaner has called in sick. You have to wait then over 30 days for a refund which you have to fight for. They’ll say there was an error which has been corrected and the refund will be with you shortly. 35 days later after cancelling we received our refund. Avoid this company like the plague. Surprised Trading Standards haven’t shut them down. Some of their reviews are terrible and the good ones look dodgy at best.

Oven clean booked before Christmas, upsold the day before, operative never turned up due to other jobs overrunning, offered a date in January or a refund. Chose a refund on the 19th December and I'm still waiting for it. I have called on four sperate occassions to be told on each call that the refund was being processed and is set as a high priority....clearly a bare faced lie. I have been promised the refund (70 quid) will be with me tomorrow (28th Jan) I hold little hope. Small claims court next I think.

Jan 24,2025seen a lot of bad reviews after booking so was extremely wary, paid 50% at time of booking and was called 2 days before to pay the rest and offered some add ons but they weren’t pushy once you said no, jonny text me when he was 15 minutes away, came and completed the job within an hour and it looks brand new

Jan 28,2025I booked in for oven clean and paid in full but unfortunately I had to cancel , I’m still waiting for a refund 20days later, I can’t honestly say what the cleaning would be like but if you needed or thought you might need to cancel I would STAY AWAY from this company ..I’ve rang 4 times to be constantly fobbed off ! Tomorrow I’ll be filling a COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT and contacting trading standards about them.
