Nov 21,2024Lovely! Patrick was outstanding! Quiet and calm - he worked quickly and efficiently to restore my Rangemaster to ‘new’. Here nice and early and it took an hour and a half! Didn’t stop work, didn’t use his phone to chat to anyone - really good worker. Very good VFM. Thank you.

Nov 21,2024I sent an enquiry online regarding oven, hob and extractor fan clean because I'd just moved in to the property, a message came back saying "someone will contact me to arrange an appointment" next morning at 8am, a cleaner call to say they were at the premises but couldn't get in, I explained that nothing had been booked and I wasn't available, the office called me and we arranged an appointment for the following afternoon, I finished work early and waiting, no one arrived, the office called and said he'd been delayed and they cancelled the appointment, I called back next day and arranged a visit the following morning, paid £130, I got a call later that evening to say that the appointment had been moved to the afternoon, I had to rearrange my appointments to accommodate, I waited in all day, but again, no show, I called customer services at 4pm, they apologised again and said he was running behind and wouldn't be attending, apparently their system was down and they couldn't offer another appointment date. Absolutely disgusting service, If I were to treat my customers this way, I'd be out of business. Thay haven't even tried to contact me to explain, I only gave 1 star because there isn't a 0 stat option, let's see if they contact me and honour an appointment, I'm not hopeful but I am £130 out of pocket. Do not use this company, their a disgrace

Nov 20,2024Arrived just 25 minutes before the end of the three hour time window. Cleaned two electric ovens and a cooker hood in about 40 minutes in artificial light. All looked OK when he left although he admitted he hadn't taken the glass out of the cooker hood nor the doors off the ovens. When I came to use the oven later I realised the knobs were still dirty and the chemical he sprayed into the oven hadn't been properly wiped off and showed white when hot. Since then I've also found spray marks on the adjacent cupboard door which seem to have damaged the surface. A sloppy job I won't be using them again. Sloppy Job - Series 1. Episode 2. Following my last 20/11/24 Trustpilot rating Oven Support Ltd have responded and have revisited to assess the clean and the damage to the adjacent kitchen unit doors. The assessor, who was the original cleaner, assessed his own works and apologised several times for the poor standard of cleaning. He acknowledged that there was damage to the unit doors but suggested that the damage may have been caused by heat from the oven and that I had only noticed it whilst inspecting his work. This is a ridiculous suggestion as the oven and units have been adjacent for 7 years, why would there be damage just now? I asked the cleaner what spray cleaner he used and he told me that he does not use any corrosive products but he failed to confirm what the actual product was. Whatever the product was it has damaged the high gloss melamine face of the unit doors and discoloured the aluminium control switch and the stainless steel trims. Should such a product be used in our homes without fair warning and what are the risks to our health? The assessor said I will hear from Oven Support Ltd to discuss a resolution, I have heard nothing, wait for episode 3.
