I booked a double oven to be cleaned on Saturday, unfortunately the person who was coming was ill, so I had a call on the Friday night from a lovely lady who reassured me she'll do everything she can for it to be AM just heard back and it's not cancelled order. Hopefully I will see my £115 again as you have to pay up front! *Update spoke to the lady that dealt with me on the 4.1.25 still NO refund! *Emailed twice no communication back, I will be seeking advice to get my refund. I wish I didn't have to put a star as it wouldn't even get one. Absolutely disgusting customer service. *So called again today to be told my refund would be anything between 2 days and up to the 31.1.25. Just don't understand why it takes so long. *********So I have just had a full refund, I am very grateful, but I will never understand why it takes so long. I will not ever use or recommend this company.

Lee was brilliant. He called 30 mis before, was friendly, efficient and my oven and combi microwave are gleaming like new. Great chap, fantastic service

I was let down 2 days before Christmas. Oven and extractor fan clean booked between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. I rang and checked for a more specific time on the morning and was then told 12 - 3 p.m. Nobody arrived so I rang again, was told that there was a delay and that the time had been pushed back until after 4 p.m. Why not ring to let me know? I waited in all day to have my oven cleaned, Christmas was 2 days away and I had a lot to do. If I had been told that there was a delay I’d have been happy to have rearranged my plans, but as I’d been at home all day I needed to go out and finish my shopping. So, not only was I unable to complete my preparations for Christmas, but I had to schedule cleaning my oven myself, wasting another few hours. I've now been told (on Jan 2) that the refund could take 28 days, this is unacceptable. I spoke to someone on 23 December, arranged the cancellation (because nobody turned up), and requested a refund. I was told that this would be actioned straight away. Bank transfers are instant, even taking bank holidays into account I should not have to wait any longer for my refund. Edited on 16.1.25 following the reply from Oven Support: I have contacted you several times, still haven't received my refund.

My appointment was changed from pm to am twice without informing me until the night before. I took the morning off work to stay in the end as they said I would be the first clean…and he didn’t turn up. I then had to cancel. This was on the 10th December and I am still waiting for a refund of £65 despite calling them 4/5 times. You can’t speak to anyone in accounts. I will be taking this further to get my money back. Shocking service.

Booked this company for the 20th December, no one turned up. they reorganised for today and again let me down. said they would come between 10.00-13.00 my colleague expected them at 09.00-12.00. Text at 11.00 to say running late, same as last time, and did we want to rearrange. No, not again!! Very poor service will not use again.

The guy was unable to get the glass off the oven door to clean in-between the pains of glass ' plus he didn't clean the light inside the oven also he never cleaned the top of the inside of the oven and there was residue marks on the shelfs sorry but after reading all these so called reviews I am disappointed with the service I received

Do not use this company I am still waiting for a refund of £80 after they failed to turn up on 2 occasions to clean my ovens. They just keep saying it’s been passed to the accounts department to process. No mention of how long but that they are prioritising it. They even had the nerve to phone me to book a clean back in. Atrocious company. Do not use. Edited after the reply below I have emailed and spoken to customer services and keep getting told the refund will be processed. This company is a disgrace

Supposed to be coming round today, rang them to see what time, sorry the bloke who was supposed to be coming has left the company, no phone call,email,message to let us know, took a day off work for no reason! Terrible company

Absolutely rubbish! Charged my mum who is old and can’t walk over £170 to clean her range cooker…..on closer inspection they haven’t even cleaned the warming draw and done a rubbish job of the rest! Disgusted that you’ve taken advantage of an elderly lady! Would give zero stars if I could! I have photographs of it

JOSH WAS FANTASTIC, SENT ME A TEXT TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME HE WOULD BE HERE, DOWN FALL WAS THIS WAS 1HOUR LATER THAN THE 11-2 TIME SLOT. OUR OVEN LOOKS LIKE NEW :) IV GIVEN 4 STARS ONLY DUE TO THE INITIAL CALL WHERE THE COMPANY TRIED TO SELL ME DIFFERENT THINGS, TO ADD ON!! ALL IN ALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE

Didn’t turn up for appointment asked for a refund still waiting nearly two weeks, emailed numerous of times, spoken to customer services, now will be contacting bank to dispute this card transaction

Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Cancelled our first appointment at the start of December, we rearranged under the promise it would be done for Christmas. On the day before the second appointment they confirmed they’d come in the morning. Never showed up. We spent the morning calling them and they just gave us nothing back, couldn’t even tell us why nobody had come to clean our oven. Said we couldn’t speak to any managers as they didn’t work this close to Christmas (20th December). They then had the nerve to ask us for when we wanted to rearrange for. Still awaiting our refund. Pathetic.

Arrived on time, explained what he would be doing. Did it and left the kitchen area clean and tidy.
