Dec 30,2024Awful people who failed to turn up twice and then customer services were arrogant and rude. They exercise their right to take the full 28 days to refund and refuse any interest or compensation. Took a day off work the first time and they contacted me an hour into the slot to say not coming. Rescheduled for a Sunday and they didn’t appear and there’s no one to contact on a Sunday. Waited the full 4 hours. Had to chase them and they took a week to respond.

Dec 29,2024I booked my cleaning for the 24th December between 8am-12pm, I paid the deposit. The morning after I booked I was called at 9am to pay the remaining balance, this concerned me and after I paid on my debit card I cancelled my card. I read their FAQ page and it says to pay upon completion so I was very wary. I was also wary when they said they weren’t coming at the selected time slot but between 12pm-3pm. I’d read some reviews that they didn’t show up at all and this again concerned me. To the point where my Fiancé was doing his whole ‘told you so’ piece. Fortunately, they called at 1:30pm said they were on the way. Came and cleaned it, it was incredible, I could see into my oven from the outside! I thought I would wait to write a review after I had used it to make sure there was no chemical smells! There were not. It’s still gleaming and was a super quick service. The only downsides are the upfront payment and the time slot you pick isn’t actually an option.

Dec 29,2024My oven is not cleaned 5 days after the supposed clean and inside my oven has gone all white and flakey not impressed at all Had my tumble dryer done aswell and got told the filter was done and when I checked the filter was not even touched

Dec 25,2024Dale was amazing, and my oven looks great however when it comes to the office staff it is quite confusing and conflicting information, and an hour for an oven such as mine is jokes. Felt proper bad that he was working so late on Christmas Eve but nethertheless a fabulous job all round. Only giving 4 stars due to office lack of coordination, changing appointment after stating it was the only one available etc

Dec 24,2024Twice let down by this company, pay a monthly subscription and having let me down again on Tuesday, had a conversation, asking for a full £145.00 refund, was offered a priority clean a week later, I declined and asked for full refund and cancellation of my subscription, just had s phone call, telling me my refund is pending ( pending what? It's been a week and you let me down, and then told the 2 monthly payments I was in credit can't be refunded but can be used in credit for my next clean, won't be another clean !! Think being in the know ( don't underestimate your customers profession) I'm getting a full refund, otherwise trading standards are going to have a field day, fail to deliver, you have to refund!!!

Dec 24,2024The person cleaning the oven was proficient and efficient. He gave me good advice on my oven and cleaned it to an excellent standard. The oven was in a horrific state, so he did what he could to make it much better than what it was. It certainly was a challenge.

Dec 23,2024Would have issued 0 if possible. Took my booking, moved my booking. I waited in on the day that suited them per my confirmation. They didn't arrive. When I called to chase they finally told me the cleaner was not coming and now they tell me it will be in excess of a week before they can even process my refund. Utter incompetence coupled with impolite customer service and a pushy sales team. Avoid at all costs!

Dec 23,2024Absolute shambles of a company. Had a booking for the 18th December 12-4. 4pm rang as no one was here, was told driver on way, 4:45pm driver rang to say he wasn’t coming. The company rebooked for the 23rd December 11-1pm. 1pm rang as no one was here to be told it would be before 2pm. 2:30pm I rang as still no one here to be told the driver wasn’t coming. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not use this company for an oven clean.

Dec 23,2024Very pleased with the price. Deposit paid on order and balance paid a couple of days before work. Got a phone call half an hour before arrival - earlier than expected but not a problem although it might have been. Did a good job - only took 45 minutes and oven looks like new.

This company customer services are appalling, I’ve had 3 appointments, 2 no shows and one phone call saying my cleaner is ill apparently, when you ring to find out what’s going on it’s like speaking to a robot who’s is clearly ready a script and hasn’t the skills to communicate with a human being, do yourself a favour avoid the stress and frustration of being let let again and again and find a decent reputable company who employs human beings at the other end of the phone, never never again and now I am having to try and chase my money back which you pay up front, merry Christmas and thanks for nothing!!!!!!
