I used this company to clean my double oven after having rented my property out for some time. When I tried wiping the inside of the oven on my return home I was shocked and disappointed to find the cloth was absolutely covered in black burnt grease. It took me a further 2 hours to clean it properly. I actually took pictures of the dirty paper towels after I had done the job properly myself. I used a whole roll of paper towel. It was disgusting. I contacted their customer support on 2 desperate occasions and sent them pictures of the towels. Initially they replied to one of the emails asking if the person who had cleaned the oven had taken any pictures to which I replied I didn't know. They then totally ignored me. They are an absolute disgrace. Please please avoid this company like the plague. They are a bunch of cowboys and do not deserve your custom or your money. You have been warned. AVOID AVOID AVOID. No matter what they say steer well clear. Utterly unprofessional. They then have the audacity to reply to my review with a sorry. Too little too late. Doesn't wash with me. My feedback stands.
Steer clear of this lot. I booked my clean back in November for 6th December, I got a call saying Ashley was behind schedule so he wont be cleaning my oven, it was rebooked for the following Thursday, again a no show, a phone call yet again telling me Ashley couldn’t make it as he has a child care placement and didn’t have time, re booked again for today 22nd December, again a no show, no phone call, so I phoned office shut as it was Sunday. I’ll be phoning tomorrow to ask for my money back, I paid in full in advance, they try to get more from you for various things like oven liners, cleaning Microwaves etc… I cant clean the oven myself as I’m disabled and cant bend, I wanted a clean for Christmas! Isn’t going to happen now. Its a right con! I phoned the office as I mentioned I would do, asked for a refund. I was told to wait 28 days. It never happened. As I paid on my debit card, I took this up with my bank.

Oven looked clean when first seen but then noticed the top of the inside of the oven was still dirty. The oven cleaner also had dirty greasy shoes walking back and forth on our hallway cream carpet causing this to stain.
Very pleased with my cleaned oven. Would recommend it.
The oven looks like new. The chap who came ( Bruce) was very good and did a great job. Would use this company again.

Unfortunately not worth the money cleaner did not clean off the chemicals in the oven when turned on there was all dried on powder on the top and back of oven not a thorough job not worth £50.

Would not use again had several lovely phone calls to confirm and take payment even a phone call the day before to finalise but then they never showed up! I got a phone call after the allocated time to say that he had checked his diary and was too busy to fit me in now before Christmas leaving it too late for me to find anybody else, feeling very let down as I’m cooking dinner for over a dozen people and customer services were not helpful at all. A massive contrast to the helpful and friendly customer services when they were taking my money!

You make an appointment online they take half the price the day before they call you and you pay in full like I did unfortunately I took half a day off work today to be here at 12 o’clock for the man to come only now to be told after waiting all afternoon he’s not coming today shocking service the customer service team don’t pick up the phone because they’re all on the phone I’ll never use this company again
Booked a slot between 11am and 2pm. No communication and after chasing them twice was told the cleaner will likely not be here until 4pm. Whilst I understand delays are possible, 2 hours over the maximum slot time seems excessive! Worst of all the customer service guy outright refused to even apologise for the delay even after my stating that he hadn't done so. Will not use again based on this, especially given that I got a call a couple of days ago for "upselling" but when it comes to the actual job being done they couldn't give a monkeys! Just got a call now telling me it has been cancelled! Absolute joke! Will be telling all people that I know to not use these people. Disgusting service and completely messed me about having stayed in for almost 5 hours to be told the guy isn't coming!
As other reviews have mentioned, they didn't bother to turn up. Also didn't bother to call to let me know, I had to contact them to find out where they were. I booked this months ago and paid a deposit. I have been hounded over the last couple of days with multiple calls asking me to pay the outstanding balance, even though the website clearly states that the outstanding balance should be made to the cleaner on completion of work. I finally paid the outstanding balance the morning the clean was due to take place and was assured that someone would be there later. They were not. Refund will likely take 28 days to be returned to me so I'm now (temporarily) out of pocket with no chance of finding someone else to perform the service before Xmas. Avoid this company!
DO NOT USE. This company is a joke. The guy did a half arsed job so I sent them pictures and complained. I’ve been waiting over a week for ‘quality control’ to check the pics so they can approve a re-clean. I’ve chased twice and still not heard back.
Cleaned the oven very effectively. Looks like new again. Also cleaned the sink which was stained
Oven cleaner arrived in November and was lovely guy, said we'd be better off getting a new oven and that he'd tell the office to do a refund on the clean. I called up the next day and was told they'd been having computer problems and it was a good thing I called because no refund has been submitted. I was told I'd have to wait 28 days to get my money back. Fast forward 28 days, I call up for an update. They say I should have received an email to enter my financial details. I check and no email was received. They send it again, and tell me I must now wait another 4 weeks. Apparently they have a lot of refunds they're processing and there is no way they can speed it up. I ask for the supervisor to see if someone else can help, but am told there's no point, they'll only tell me the same thing. Will I be using Oven Support again? No I will not.

Dec 23,2024They have cancelled our clean twice this week and have called 19 times trying to upsell more services. They now want to come on the 24th - we have asked numerous times to refund our £40 - no response. I wouldn’t use these guys and I wish I could block all of their numbers - they call non stop.
