Dec 20,2024This is a scam, please do not use this company!! I made the mistake of paying my deposit for an oven clean, then looked at the reviews afterwards, people were saying they receive a message saying they are running late then do not turn up, and this is exactly what happened to me. When I contacted them they promised a refund and this never happened. I am currently trying to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

Dec 20,2024The company spent the whole day yesterday hounding me to confirm my appointment, using the opportunity to upsell me things. Then they called me again repeatedly to upsell more. Then today on the day of my appointment, I received a message to say they were going to be an hour late. I called them and they told me the cleaner will be coming at the end of the day. Then I called them at 3:45 for a 4pm slot and the man had 3 stops in front of me. I had to cancel as I had made evening plans. The next slot they had was after Christmas which was no good, especially as I’d booked it in September. They haven’t refunded me. This apparently has to go to accounts. We shall see Utterly useless waste of my time.

Dec 20,2024Absolutely shocking service. Nobody turned up !! After waiting in all afternoon and paying in advance, with no communication I rang the company and was told that the cleaning person had ran out of time and they couldn’t fit me in again until 30th December, obviously I had booked this well in advance for a ‘Christmas clean’. Surely a simple phone call could have been made. Definitely won’t be using again.

Dec 20,2024Oven support cancelled last minute, just said sorry we are too busy. Didn’t attempt to find anyone else or get it done prior to Christmas. Booked well in advance to avoid this very thing from happening. Faceless unhelpful company. Avoid!

Dec 19,2024AWFUL! I've never felt the need to write a review like this but please avoid this company. The first day that they were due to arrive they messaged (well after their arrival slot) to say that they weren't coming and that I would need to call them to reschedule. The second time - after sitting in again all day waiting to hear from them - they just didn't arrive. When I called to find out where they were (after 5 pm) they put me on hold for almost half an hour and then told me that I'd have to book another appointment but that nothing was available for 2 weeks. Trying to get a refund now but not holding out much hope. UPDATE 10/02/25 STILL NO REFUND DESPITE MULTIPLE EMAILS.

Dec 19,2024Wish I had read reviews payed deposit & balance day before visit, due before 4pm & at 3pm rang to cancel 18th Dec next appt free 10th Jan!! No way will get done now before Christmas what a shoddy way to run a buisness! Disgraceful!

Dec 18,2024If I could leave zero stars I would. They have just cancelled my oven clean which is due today. They called with 50 minutes left of my ‘Booking slot’ and have said it will take up to 28 days to give a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please do not use this company.

Dec 18,2024Work carried out was all good except the person phoning to confirm date etc kept asking us to settle the bill before work carried out, we had already paid half as a deposit and on your web site it says pay rest on completion of work which we did but 3 times we were called and asked to settle up beforehand.

Dec 18,2024Booked 3 months in advance to have oven cleaned in time for Christmas Day, waited in only to be told an hour before they were due that they were not coming, and to cap it all was told there was now no availability until after Xmas day, completely pointless. First time I have booked their services, and will be the last.

Dec 18,2024Absolutely a dodgy company avoid , wish I'd seen these reviews before booking . Oven clean due tomorrow and guess what cancelled about 1 hours after confirming it ! Avoid sounds like the director has a shady past too there's plenty of news on Google about him

Dec 18,2024Not the best, had better , wire rack supports not cleaned very well. Ovens themselves fairly clean although cleaning residue on kitchen unit doors and dried on inside of ovens . Wouldn’t use again .

Dec 20,2024Despite what other people have said I had a good experience. Tony phoned to let me know he was on his way and turned up on time. He did a great job on my oven & hob which were very dirty. Only negative is that the sales team over charged me for items I didn't want so am waiting for a refund.
