Dec 17,2024First clean cancelled due to the guy going sick, then had to wait 10 days to reschedule. They get all the dates and times wrong from the original bookings. Then the second time the guy was supposed to be with us between 12-3 but not shown up, I then called to say he would be 40 minutes. Then the next call I got was that he broke down. I called the office to be told next available day was the 30th which we wanted done before the weekend. Also had my dad’s oven done and I had to call someone back as it was so bad. Customer services are useless and no help to try and fix the problem. Avoid these at all costs……awful joke of a company!!

Dec 17,2024The cleaner we had was a brilliant person- truly great and the oven looks super. I cannot fault them or their service. The company as a whole left us feeling let down- we booked for 8-12 deliberately as we had plans in the afternoon. Then the business day prior we were told we’d get 12-3 slot and then there was limited communication regarding when the cleaner would arrive— twice I had to chase it myself and information was slow to come. In the end the cleaner got to us at 7pm. There was very little that the company did to make us feel valued or to put things right. It is unlikely that we’ll return to using this company, as despite the beautiful clean— the other side of things leaves a lot to be desired.

Dec 17,2024Oven clean was moved on the day from am to pm, unfortunately I wasn't available in the afternoon. I was told my deposit would be refunded in 5 days. Two months later and many phone calls, I'm still waiting for a refund. 6th January 2015 Still waiting for a refund. Despite the response on here I have had no contact from accountants and they have made no effort to refund my deposit. This company is totally crook. They take deposits for work they have no intention of doing then they fobb you off with every possible excuse not to refund you! Do not use!!!

Dec 17,2024Appalling as didn’t turn up and I rang 3 times to enquire when they were arriving and told soon and on the way from previous customer. Now trying to get my money back and oven not cleaned for Christmas so will do myself. DO NOT USE

Dec 17,2024VERY POOR !! Two months later they still have my money and I still have a dirty oven !!!! I wouldn’t recommend the Welsh department of this company I booked at the start of October for a full clean of my oven - hob and extractor - I paid the deposit and agreed a date .. CANCELLED I re arranged another date being assured I would t be late down again !!! called last Friday to ask if I would like to pay the balance for my clean - I declined and said I’d put on the day - I was advised of the persons name and a period of time he as due to arrange ( morning) CANCELLED !!!! Next Date offered was 31st of December !!! Who waits 3MONTHS to get their oven cleaned ! I was not offered any “we will fit you in or anything “ I asked for the managers name as apparently they were not working today … No name has been sent - but an email saying “sorry YOU have cancelled “ your refund can take upto 28 days !!! 4months since I paid and still no clean oven !!! I find this all hard to believe this is their customer service ….

Dec 17,2024Don't use this company. At yhe last minute they will Vange the prearranged time. When they agree a time their operatives change it to suit themselves. The service or clean they carryout is very bad anyway. When they agree to revisit to repeat the clean they cancel and offer a partial (£20) refund and then do not pay the refund. Stay away from them at all costs. You have been warned.

Dec 17,2024Do not use. Obviously scammers. They take your money up front -which in itself is odd. Then the person booked doesn't turn up. I've rung them 3 times and then they tell me he is off sick! A week before Christmas, no other slots and taken my money. Worst service I have had in a long time. It is now the beginning of January and I have not received my money back! I would not ever use this company.

Dec 16,2024Shocking, unreliable, abysmal, do not use! Did not turn up today and claim couldn’t find address on a street in a large village. We contacted them around 9 but they couldn’t help. Now unable to come before Christmas. Ruined our plans as the oven clean was so we could prepare food for child with coeliac disease.

Dec 14,2024My dishwasher is now an eyesore in the kitchen because Dale has chemically tarnished it with whatever cleaning products he used on our oven. To top it off, my Husband wiped the base of the oven (because we have a dog) to make sure no product would drip through and the cloth he used was black afterwards. Would not recommend this service and await their response about the damage caused to our 1 year old dishwasher.

Dec 18,2024Would give 0 stars if possible, insisted on full payment before attending and left my cooker damaged and not properly cleaned. Sent another person out who re cleaned the whole cooker to a good standard. Now totally uncontactable after promising they would put right the damage caused. Would not recommend, customer service is abysmal 21/12/24 - a reply to this review from Ovenclean, I have emailed them yet again to the email address they give so we shall see if there is any progress. Update - contacted as requested, agreed a compensation amount, unsurprisingly they failed to pay the agreed amount. Absolutely woeful company. and then had the audacity to ring me to book my next oven clean!!!! I think not.
