The oven was badly cleaned. The main oven was done to an acceptable standard but I had expected them to clean the areas I could not have done myself ie in the hinged area where the door opens. It wasn’t touched at all. Had I been on site at the time I would have pointed this out to let them know it was a very poor job. In the past cleaners have removed the doors and got into all areas so that they look like new. This was a very shoddy job.

Quite satisfied with the oven cleaning but disappointed that the controls on the top do not appear to have been cleaned and my husband wiped the shelves down after Jacob had left because they had smears on them. I’m not sure if the grill element in the roof of the microwave was cleaned and there was a lot of marks on the sides

I booked an oven clean 2.5 weeks ago. They rang to confirm the day before and gave me a completely different time slot to the times that were arranged when I booked. So, I had to rearrange my day!! They haven’t even turned up today and nobody rang, I had to ring to see whether or not they were coming, apparantly the driver can’t make it today and the next available date is the 30th Dec. I needed this done for Xmas. Not impressed at all. Have a refund coming and won’t use again. Beware. UPDATE Refund still hasn’t been issued and it’s been over 28 days. Do not use this company!!! THIS COMPANY WERE ON WATCHDOG, SO MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I THINK THE BELOW REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY FAKE!!!!

Oven Support came and cleaned my mums oven & hob. They called to take payment and i paid extra to have the extractor fan cleaned. When the cleaner finished he asked for payment?? They failed to pass on to him that i had paid in full also failed to tell him to clean the extractor fan. It was late by this time and i needed to travel back home (2hours) so told him to leave it. He telephoned his “boss”… Robbie… who apologised and assured me their accounts would send me a refund. Several emails…and several phone calls later…. Im still waiting for my refund nearly 6 weeks later. Customer services say they dont have a manager and they dont have a number for accounts dept. How do we move forward with this situation? I will never use them again. In answer to OvenSupports reply: I was told there is nothing Customer Services can do except pass it on to “accounts”….. for what must be the 6th time. To say i am annoyed & frustrated is an understatement! So OVENSUPPORT… how about YOU ring ME…. Better still send my 87 year old mums £35 refund!! UPDATE: Its 27th Dec…and still no sign of our refund! 7 weeks after their own mistake!

Do not use this company! The oven cleaner turned up two hours late. I paid for my double oven to be cleaned but he did not clean the roof of the oven, the fan or the door seal which was left full of black grease. I paid for the hob to be cleaned which was partially done and I paid for the extractor fan to be cleaned but he only used baby oil on it which did nothing but leave smears. There was cleaning product left on the racks and their customer service is so poor that they don’t bother getting back to you. Awful job, awful customer service.

The fact that he was prepared to work late to ensure that all his customers got seen. He was most apologetic about the delay and was pleasant and respectful. He did a great job on the oven and we are very pleased.

Well... although the oven clean itself was amazing a Freddie was indeed a star the whole process of communication was absolutely atrocious from start to finish. I was told i could pay the remainder of my booking on the day in cash if i preferred so got cash out then received a call day before and told i had to pay then. I was then cancelled on last minute the next morn. I then rescheduled. I had also booked an apoint for my mum which was also cancelled a few days later so she had no choice but to request a refund as no alternative dates were offered. We are now only told for the first time that refunds take 28 days which is ludicrous and even though we were told this would be escalated it wasnt and apparently that couldnt have even happened as apparently thats the only service they offer. This should be clearly explained at time of purchase. Then following my reschedule i was told they would arrive between 11-2 but then it changed to 3pm, then 4pm, then 5pm then they finally arrived near to 5.45. I was told i was the next job and after speaking to engineer that simply wasnt the case. Despite me calling in regularly, and having had to stay in all day with 3 year old i never once received a call back or a correct update. A refusal for any sort of problems was refused point blank. Just want to say the company would do so much better if the communication was between the cleaners directly. Will never use this company again. Absolutely terrible service.

The cleaner didn't clean off the chemical from the top of the oven. This resulted in flakes of chemical falling onto food whilst cooking. I arranged for them to clean it off on two separate occasions, the first one they couldn't get to me before 7 pm. The second one they made the appointment for an afternoon when I specically asked for a morning. I then asked for a refund. So far nothing has been forthcoming.

Attended on time and gave advance notice of arrival. Very pleasant operative, did a good job and we are pleased with the result. Have recommended to a neighbour

Booked and they took a 50% deposit. They cancelled my appointment and I rearranged my work to accommodate their change. I stayed in to wait a second time and at the appointed time they cancelled again. I asked for my money back. They asked for my bank details to refund. I am still waiting. Is this company is a running a scam. Do not use!

I really wish I had read the reviews on the other trust pilot account that oven support have before booking. Absolute shambles! Had appt booked for today between 12-3 had a message to say running behind at 1pm then at 4.15 spoke to customer services who said they will still be attending. At 5.40pm had a message to say they wouldn't get to me as its too late for them. I wasted a day and to top it all have been told it will take up to 28 days to issue a refund. When I booked the appointment I had a phone call trying to sell me extra products and services good job I said no as would have been even more out of pocket they can't even turn up to do the job they are booked in for so why offer extras! Avoid at all cost! They may be slightly cheaper but it doesn't mean anything when they don't bother to show up!

Very impressed with the booking process and quick availability of agent to clean the ovens in a rental , at a convenient time. Freddie did an excellent job on a very neglected oven , hob and extractor fan unit. I will book up for my oven to be cleaned next. Thank you.🤩

Very frustrating. Booked an oven clean called within minutes of me starting my quote to book me in. Requested a morning appointment and was assured I would get a confirmation the day before. Paid upfront over the phone. Never got the confirmation. I called them morning of and was told my morning appointment was now an afternoon appointment between 1 and 4. I was told it was due to where I live. The clean was a gift for my mother so she had to move around what plans she could to accommodate. Again was told I'd get a call 20 minutes before they'd show up. By 15:15 there was still no confirmation. I called again was put on hold while the customer service representative tried to contact the technician. They then told me they could not get hold of their own technician and offered to rebook. I requested a refund instead. Same day they sent an email asking for my bank details and I sent immediately. Again no confirmation of refund being sent. Almost two weeks later still no refund, though I've been told the accounts team has been informed, they just can wait the full 28 days before they are required to send back the money. Their business practices are at worst predatory and at best unprofessional. Though their customer service agents are always friendly and polite it doesn't make up for the terrible way customers are treated.
