I was initially skeptical about this, as it seemed too cheap and convenient, but overall it went well. We booked a double oven clean for end of our tenancy and the landlord was very happy with the result. The cleaner who attended was polite and thorough. Some negatives: I found the website misleading, it tried to make it seem cheaper than it was. When booking I was told "someone will phone you soon to confirm the appointment". They mean someone will phone the day before the appointment, which is not the same thing as "soon", so it was not very clear. They also try to sell you other things on the phone, which is annoying.

Steer clear of this unprofessional company !!!!! Below are 2 emails sent to Oven support which have both been ignored completely !!! Further to a recent phone conversation please see below the full and detailed explanation of my complaint. The service in question was carried out on Saturday 23 November, 2024, Invoice 151332. Your operative arrived at 12.58 pm and departed at 13.40 pm a time span which I found unusually short for the type of cleaning involved and the price we paid ! The attatched photos are the cloths which were used by my wife and I to clean the various parts of the oven that were supposedly cleaned as per our contract. Please be advised that these cloths had been rinsed clean at least once and when we saw the extent of the grease we did not rinse them any more.. Most of the soiling was photo 1 and this cloth was used to clean the roof of the lower main oven Photo 2 was the result of cleaning the back around the fan housing of the lower main oven. Photo 3 was the cloth that was used to wipe clean the side racking Photo 4 was the cloth used to wipe clean the shelving in the main lower oven. Feeling sure that this could not be of your usual standard I think that you will agree that I had reason to complain. I strongly recommend that a refund of at least 75 % is forthcoming for a service which left a lot to be desired and usually takes approximately 2 - 3 hours to complete. I trust that this complaint will be resolved in a swift and positive manner Below is the consequent email... It has been 6 days now and I have had no reply to my email of complaint !! Both myself and my dear friend who is helping me out with emails whilst my router problem still persists have made phone calls. My friend advised me that the agent she spoke with stated that the complaint was being dealt with while I was told that Robbie was not available therefore the complaint essentially is being ignored !! If I do not receive an answer the following week I will not only leave a very negative review which we all know in this day and age is detrimental to businesses but I will write to the director of the company and let him know how his company is being run and how elderly customers are being taken advantage of !!!!! I sincerely hope a reply is forthcoming I truly hope people will take the time to read this review and act accordingly i.e not choose this company for their cleaning requirements !!!
Wouldn’t recommend, hard sales team prior to clean, charged in advance & can’t get my money back for unprovided work and parts

Tony did a great job with the oven clean. However the arranging of the appointment wasn't good and the people I spoke to were more interested in trying to sell the products than actually hearing the customer requests.
Terrible customer services and just plain terrible service all round… Booked for an appointment today which my wife took a day off work to ensure someone would be in. Was given a slot between 12 and 4pm but got to 3:45 with nothing. Called Oven Support to be informed that they wouldn’t be coming and couldn’t rearrange until late Jan. My wife tried to get an understanding why we hadn’t been given any update just to have a rude CS woman talk to her in an inexcusable way and then hang up. We both work in customer facing roles and know how to resolve conflict, unfortunately Oven clean do not! Poor service and now left in the lurch this close to Christmas! Shocking customer service and a very unprofessional attitude. Avoid this company at all costs!
No phone call received to confirm appointment. on the day of morning appointment someone calling demanding my card details for remaining payment twice when I spoke to customer services I was told I pay the remaining when the cleaner arrives time given around two although required morning due to work spoke to them again four times in total and took afternoon off work 4.30 pm still no cleaner and they said he still had more cleans to do before mine rude and unprofessional would definitely not book again
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Cleaned my oven and now it’s not working. Called company in the morning got told someone will call me back didn’t. So I called band received terrible attitude and got told they are not liable. 4 children 3 weeks before Christmas with no oven. bunch of cowboys avoid at all costs Edit I don’t know why they put this response. By the looks of things a standard reply but they don’t actually want to have anything to do with you
An excellent job by Tony this morning. I am amazed by the results in just over 1 hour. Normally, my oven would be out of action for 2 days while I steep and clean. Tony was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had a clean work area throughout and tidied up after himself. This service is 100% worth the money. I will definitely use them again.

I arranged via Wowcher to get my ovens, hob and extractor cleaned by Ovensupport. However, when their operative came in July 2024 the chemicals used broke an integral piece from my main oven door. Someone else then came out in August 2024 who said I needed some doubled-sided heat resistant tape. I rang this company every week, sometimes twice. However, the tape wasn't ordered until at least October and then I rang the company again weekly to then finally get someone to come out on 04.12.24 and fit the tape (original operative).
What a disaster. They tied in two occasions to clean my 82 year old mother’s oven. First time couldn’t park (she lives in a house not an apartment) and just left. The second time a young guy arrived. Left without telling her why and we soon realised he had tripped the electrics. He just ran and left her with no electricity. I called and asked what was going on. They apologised and said they would call me back immediately. The never have. Six weeks ago I told them to forget it and give me a refund. They still haven’t. They’ve kept my money. Absolute sharks. Avoid them at all costs. Don’t let them rip you off too.

I had booked for an oven clean and paid half the money. Then I get a phone call confirming the appointment and asking for the other half. I refused and said I’d pay the other half on completion. Through no fault of my own when the guy arrived he didn’t want to clean the oven as he said the door hinge was warped and he may not get it back on again. Fair enough. So I have been waiting and waiting for my refund. I keep calling and they said you get refunded after 28 days, the end of last month. That came and went and I’ve called 3 times since and I keep getting fobbed off. They said they will call me back when they find out why I haven’t had my refund but I don’t get called back. Then when I phone back it just rings and rings like they know it’s me. The last phone call they said the accounts department will be in touch. Of course they haven’t. They don’t have to speak to me they just need to put my money back into my account! Totally ridiculous. How can these companies do this! Not fair at all!
