Your agent Josh turned up and went straight to work.He ensured our double oven and hob were as good as new.The company website needs to show times of arrival not just a date this would confirm to customer.
Efficient and friendly I am so impressed with how clean they got it , was like brand new . So so impressed
It took 2 visits before the cleaner cleaned my Range cooker to a decent standard, nothing like as good as my previous cleaning company, to whom I will now return. The first visit ended with my grill in parts (not reassembled correctly), grease inside and outside of the ovens and chemical residue that stunk the kitchen when we tried to use it.
Friendly ,quick job and no mess ,ive used this company before and had no problems.
Do not believe the time slot they give you - I was emailed to advise 8am - 11am. They called day before and confirmed this and took full payment. No show today so rang and was told that the clean was between 12 and 4. I had taken the morning off work - they didn’t even care and I was then told 28 days for a refund - shocking
I paid in full to have my oven cleaned. I was told the cleaner would ring me when he was on his way, he didn’t! He arrived at my house, said he knocked but no one was in. I was in, if he had knocked louder or had the intelligence to ring me, I would have known he was there but instead, he left and my oven wasn’t cleaned. Disgusting service, very poor. My clean has now had to be rescheduled but I will definitely not be using you again after this time and would not recommend you. Very disappointed!!
Booked this weeks ago. They phoned the day before to try to sell me extras, and to ask me pay the whole balance in advance (previously paid £50 deposit and was told that would pay the balance on the day). I declined and said I would keep to the agreement. They were due today at 10am. They phoned to cancel at 08.50 ie with only 70 mins notice. I wonder if and when I will see my deposit again.....
Cancelled again - for the third time - due to the cleaner calling in sick (again). Where is the contingency? Where is the covet? Absolutely crap service with the inept "I can only apologise" comment. Nit goid enough. We made a special journey THREE TIMES to the house for this. DO NOT USE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PAYMENT THEN SCREW YOU OVER (and I bet take weeks to refund once you give up in them). A disgrace to the industry.
Tony was fantastic. Really nice bloke and did a great job again. I’ve used oven support before and will do again. My only gripe is I had my first booking cancelled and when my second appt was booked in I asked for AM as has a busy day. The time slot I got was 12-4!!! Tony arrived to me at 4.10
Absolute nightmare this company is awful 😣 My eye level oven is only 2 years old and it really wasn’t very grubby.The first clean was terrible and I hadn’t realised until I went to use it in the evening it was not clean at all I’ve got pictures to prove it.My oven door handle had permanent finger marks on it from the chemicals used by the professional cleaner!!this was apparently on the latex gloves he was wearing this resulted in the brushed stainless steel being tarnished 😡A reclean was ordered and a new oven handle.second cleaner came and this resulted in residue dust laying in the bottom of the oven every time I turned it on and being blown due to it being fan assisted.I was offered another clean when handle was replaced.I did not wish to have the re clean I could do a better job myself and the cleaner had a struggle getting the handle on I’m not sure if he knew what he was doing to be honest.And I’m still left with this dust from the chemicals in my oven.And as for customer care absolute rubbish always promising to call back but never do. I have since found broken washers on my kitchen floor so live in hope the new oven handle doesn’t fall off.This company is absolutely terrible and if you value your oven DO NOT BOOK WiTH THEM go somewhere else.I wish ide read the reviews on here before making an appointment to have my cooker cleaned it’s been a complete nightmare this past month dealing these people(From 11 November and still ongoing)☹️ UPDATE At there request I have sent pictures in emails of dirty oven and broken washers and get no reply or call back as promised .I think I’m entitled to a refund as I haven’t ended up with a clean oven.I believe the chemical that is causing the problem is called Lift off it had been sprayed on oven elements,so every time I put oven on it blows this now dried chemical which has turned into dust . Please note I have emailed and contacted Customer Support feedback several times and supplied photos and am always told leave it with me and I’ll get back to you.They never do! Update Still having the chemical dust in my oven I’m so angry 😡 and worried about cooking food I’m covering up food with foil but you can’t bake a pie or shepherds pie with foil on it. Still no call back from this awful company and they owe me £44 (£40 clean and £4 they have taken towards the next clean which I have cancelled,I wouldn’t use this company again if you paid me.I certainly haven’t ended up with a clean oven so I want a refund .I wish I could upload photos on here Absolutely awful company.Im going to get in touch with trading standards if get no response when I call them once again tomorrow… UPDATE 27 December I have just discovered this company is still taking money out of my account at the rate of £4 per month for my next oven clean .I cancelled this and was promised a full refund because I did not end up with a clean oven.Its not even set up as a D/D so I can’t cancel my end.😡😡Absolutely disgraceful !! I’m unable to sort this out until Monday due to the Christmas holiday. Update 14/1/25 Still no refund!! Called again today and the lady told me that there is nothing in my notes regarding a refund 😲I have an e mail telling me it should reach my account within 14 days.Oven Support Ltd please refund me £48.I was told to contact you so why is nothing being done???
Simon from oven support came at late notice, to clean my range cooker. Was so polite and professional, left my oven gleaming. I'd highly recommend there service. Also their customer service are very supportive and helpful.

Customer service communication was excellent and the gentleman that came to my house could not have been nicer. He was really lovely with my nervous dog. The oven was cleaned with no mess and was left sparkling. Very nice experience.

Great service We paid for our top and bottom ovens , along with the extractor to be cleaned. The end results are fantastic, and the service was professional and hassle free all for a good price. In addition, when it was necessary to contact Customer Support (to check on eta of cleaner) They were friendly and professional...really can't fault them Shall definitely be using Oven Support again.
