Dec 05,2024Tony, the person who came out to clean my oven, was 5/5 stars. He was friendly, quick, and brilliant at cleaning the oven! I cannot fault him at all. The company, however, has harassed me constantly. Even after I booked (6 months in advance), I got calls every week, sometimes daily, to book in. Each call I advised I was already booked, they apologised and promised no more calls. Well, that didn't happen. Calls continued for weeks until I started blocking the many numbers they use. I will be unlikely to use this company again due to this.

Dec 05,2024I booked my oven to be cleaned by oven support on 4.12.24 between 1-4 that was the time they gave me , stayed in all afternoon they then contacted me at 15.37 to say the cleaner was over run and needed to cancel and rebook nothing available until 21.12.24 I wasn’t happy and requested a refund to be told I would get my refund within 28 days what a joke , I didn’t make them wait for the deposit , I cancelled and would sooner wait 28 days rather then deal with useless company

Dec 04,2024Really fast and efficient service, booking was very quick and easy via web, which was confirmed by phone. Engineer came quickly, in allocated time slot and has done a wonderful job, my oven looks like new, thank you, would highly recommend.

Customer service were very professional and human which makes a nice change from big companies TheOven man Warren arrived on time was respectful of property and listened to my areas of concern my range looks like new all was completed within 1.5 hours and with no mess or odours left so can cook straight away ( although I’m just going to look at it for a few hours ) highly recommend this company and I will be using again and recommend to all !! Well done

Dec 05,2024The cleaner did a fantastic job of the oven and I'm really happy with it. The guy that came out was polite and professional. I do not want the service again. Please delete me from your system. The day before the appointment I spoke to a guy who told me I had to pay extra, because I live on the 2nd floor. I wasn't aware of this charge and told him I didn't have the money and then said he would charge me £10 extra. Then he acted like he did me a favour. He tried to get me to commit to another clean at £55. I declined the offer. I've paid £70 for a double oven clean this time! I'm not interested in rebooking. Please delete my details.
