Excellent service. Oven is gleaming, it looks like new. Work was carried out quickly and with no mess. Will definitely use again.

Shocking, appalling. Oven door not cleaned and rest of oven not done well. Had to pay upfront which I was very wary about doing but was assured cleaner would not leave until I was satisfied. Have requested a full refund and will see how this is handled! Still no response from company, except message below, I’ve tried contacting them again so we’ll see. Not holding out much hope. December - have contacted them twice and still no reply. Rude. Please do not use this company. They take your money up front and don’t do a proper job.

I have decided to not proceed for several reasons. 1 being called to ask for add on services whilst I was on your site 2 paid a deposit so understood that when job complete balance paid 3 phoned to confirm and advisor then went on asking for balance which I said I’d pay once happy with service, he then said can’t do that but if I’m not happy then I can keep him at the home as he won’t leave,I said I’m not happy with this. 4 advisor called me lovey! Not happy with this. 5 explained I was at a medical appointment so it wasn’t convenient to continue to which he replied I wasn’t to know this rude.i was made to feel uneasy and reading reviews I’m not having this company. I emailed my complaints and asked for refund but no reply. I’m going to my bank to re claim the £20 deposit. After reading the reviews I’m not alone with the customer service complaints which I notice bad reviews don’t have replies only reviews about Dale the cleaner does he cover the whole country.

Quick easy appointment arrangement and James came and made our oven look like new - very friendly, top quality service keeping everything clean in the process - have already booked for next time 😀

The guy did a great job very professional the only reason I give a 4 and not a five that he arrived at 3.50pm and when I ordered the service I asked for a morning appointment only found out it was a afternoon appointment the day before .I have no problems with the man that did the job as he had no control on the organisation of the appointment

I used this company in November 2023 and the oven clean was fine. I then had multiple calls from their offices reminding me I was due an oven clean. I agreed to book one in March and set up a direct debit for the clean to be in November. I then had multiple more calls from their sales team telling me my oven clean was due, each time I explained I had a booking and asked for clarification of this, which they gave. By the 5th time I told the person on the call that this was becoming very frustrating and they were starting to look quite incompetent and she explained they had different call centres, but still confirmed my booking. I then called a few days prior to my clean as I had received no reminder of the booking and no specific time. When I called the office they said I had no booking, despite seeing my monthly payments. I have been told my two members of staff they will call me back to resolve this, they haven't called and I have had to call again. I am now awaiting a third person to call me back to resolve it. When I asked for a refund they told me that 'I had agreed to the direct debit agreement' which I found funny as I did that when booking yet they have lost my booking and therefore the agreement would be void. I have found this company frustrating at every contact, of which there have been many and now I feel I am going to have to fight to get my money back as I am too nervous to reschedule a clean with fear of them cancelling or not turning up.

Couldn't get a nicer company to deal with. Lovely, lovely folk who do an amazing job. My oven is like brand new. I've used them twice now, and won't hesitate to book again and again!

Your staff member is a delightful young man and has cleaned my oven excellently. I am Not pleased with office administration re timing of appointments . Rearranging my medical appts to suit your visit caused undue stress and inconvenience . A customer should always be considered and I found this not to be the case .

I had my range master cleaned after a number of years and Dale has done a wonderful job. The cooker looks like new again and Dale was really friendly and hard working. He did not leave until he knew we were happy. I would definitely recommend this service and highly recommend recommend the clean being done by Dale.

I have an update on my previous review concerning Ovensupport Ltd and my damaged oven. The company are absolutely terrible not only do they provide a shoddy service. They don’t respond after they’ve damaged my oven to emails requesting them to acknowledge my complaint and take ownership of the situation. Don’t touch this company they are cowboys and will totally ignore you if you have a genuine complaint and evidence. I’ve learnt a very hard lesson however I shall call them tomorrow to see what they say about this situation. All my emails go unanswered so I’m not going to hold my breath on getting an honest response tomorrow during a phone call.
