She has so much passionate on her job which I do not have at the moment :-) She also very knowledgeable of the product and all the appliance exact dimensions were on her mind. She is a very happy person and she make people feel happy when we first stepped it. She is star! I wish her happy as always!

Jan 19,2025We were greeted warmly on arrival and offered help when we were ready so that we could browse in peace. When we selected a new fridge freezer we were attended to by Sue who was extremely informative, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She gave us some fantastic advice and even checked that the fridge that we chose would fit our home grocery products. Sue checked the price for us and found that it had been reduced. Sue allowed us to choose our own delivery date and went above and beyond. She was very easy to chat to, made sure we were happy with our choice and we felt that we had an amazing customer experience. Great products, great prices and top quality service. Thank you

Jan 10,2025Looking for a recommended (SMEG) induction hob for my son’s new kitchen which Paul Davies supplied for approx 30% less than other sellers. Amazed at the cornucopia of kitchen appliances on offer at the showroom/warehouse. Extremely good service, convenient parking and easy access from St Peter’s Way just off the M61 near Bolton. Friendly showroom staff who comprehensively answered my questions on other products on show. Definitely my first port of call for future kitchen appliance purchases!

Jan 07,2025I looked online for the cheapest prices for the kitchen appliances I wanted and Paul Davies was by far the lowest. It was not just a couple of pounds I saved but a decent amount. The communications with the company were also very good and they accommodated by requirements with no fuss.

Jan 07,2025I bought a dishwasher on the 19th December for a great price and a reasonable delivery charge. The dishwasher was delivered on time within a few days and I would recommend Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances to anyone seeking great service at a great price.

Jan 06,2025After initially placing an order with a large national electrical company who failed to deliver our order and who were impossible to get hold. We cancelled that and placed the order through Paul Davies. The customer service was excellent, you could speak to a member of staff very easily and the order was delivered on time. We are yet to install the range or cooker hood so I can't speak of the items yet but the customer service from Paul Davies has been excellent and they'll be my first port of call for future appliances.

Dec 25,2024Absolutely made up with both purchase and service, had appliances from other places but just a different level of care with this company. Bought an under larder fridge and microwave and met Sue who looked after us going through all the product details attentively. This will now be our go to place for All appliances and were coming back to upgrade our integrated double oven/grill. The bedroom and kitchens dont look to bad either. But after having the fridge installed by Kevin and hearing how quite it was , we were really happy customers.

Dec 07,2024We arrived to the showroom this morning. Two damsels in distress. Our fridge freezer (previously purchased from Paul Davies 15 years ago) had finally given up the ghost. We need the fridge to manage my medical condition and so purchase and delivery was fairly urgent. What can I say. Within 15 minutes Nicola had helped us select something suitable and Craig and Lee were able to fit our new appliance on the delivery van for a same day delivery. Absolutely amazing. These guys pulled it out of the bag. We are so very grateful. This is one of several purchases we have made at Paul Davies and I can honestly say we continue to be VERY HAPPY customers. Fridge is now on and relatively full. Thanks guys - you are a brilliant team.

Dec 06,2024After visiting a well known national electrical retailer, where there was very little stock to look at and no one around to get information from, we went to Paul Davies. What a difference! Knowledgable, relaxed, non pushy sales staff (Nicola). Excellent showroom - lots of stock to look at/choose from, very clean and well laid out. Oven bought and delivered/fitted the next day. Perfect! Will definitely return in the future.
