Dec 03,2024I had trouble with Hotpoint after waiting a month for my order so I reversed my order and this will now be recieved by Paul Davies Kitchens Appliances and Lucy has been more than fantastic and helpful with my order, and my new cooker will be recieved in 3 working days, would highly recommend.

Nov 28,2024Taking a friend for a fridge that she had seen on line we were met a clean, bright and clearly organised showroom. Gemma greeted us gave us clear answers to the questions asked. We felt comfortable to browse but staff were nearby if needed anything. Fridge chosen paid for efficiently. An enquiry was made about a matching freezer. Given a print out of that information we left the showroom. Went to collection point, collected fridge, quickly. Decided to go for the freezer. Rang to confirm still available and collect the following day. Very efficient all round.

Nov 14,2024Sue was absolutely amazing, she was so friendly and very helpful. We came in the morning to look at ovens, she took us round the whole store and showed us the cheapest options to the more expensive options. At the time I didn't know if my current oven was plug in or hardwired but Sue was great at explaining the steps I could take. I came back in the evening and Sue took care of us again, herself and Gemma made us aware that there were even more ovens available through clearance. All the staff were amazingly helpful but Sue was an absolute star!
