Apr 21,2011So glad I contacted them. Had issues with a slimline system sold to me by a questionable high street retailer that suggested the system would be fine for gaming. What a mistake. I did try to return the product but they said since it was a special offer all they could do was offer store credit at a fraction of what I had paid. I felt cheated and contacted them just enquiring what I could do. They gave great advice to get the system up and running on the games i wanted to play (mainly Warcraft and Star trek online), alright it isn't a gaming mega machine but it is far better after the advised graphics card was fitted. I will definately be using them in future. They truly are the difference between sales people and technical experts. Thanks.

Jun 25,2014Paid for next day delivery and two weeks later I still never received my order. I sent them an email asking why I still didn't get it and they said they was a problem with the shipping and that I had to check my junk box (never received any messages from them even in my junk box). Surprisly I instantly received a message from Paypal telling me that I was refunded. At the end I never received what I bought and I had to complain by email to get refunded otherwise I guess I would simply never be. Fast customer service but I really felt like they tried to cheat on me. I really don't recommend this website.
