Absolutely fantastic service from a world class UK based company. Leo was incredibly helpful in getting me the right PC case and even offered a "consultation" chat with one of their PC building specialists to identify my needs. Super quick delivery. Highly recommended to buy from a UK company that like PCupgrade.co.uk that you can pick up the phone to call and sort any issues out rather than a faceless marketplace like Amazon where you have huge issues in talking to anyone that can sort your problem out. A++++ will definitely be buying again from them.
I ordered a mother board from pcupgrade for a friend who's desktop PC had failed. I'm not particularly proficient with computer hardware as I'm a programmer, however, I did deduce that the mother board of my friends PC was at fault. Once the order was complete, I had a call from Leo at pcupgrade to advise me that although the board I ordered was compatible, it may look slightly different to the failed board. Basically it had 2 memory slots instead of 4 and the back plate was slightly different, but this came with the order anyway, but still good to be advised of this. Leo also checked the serial number of my CPU to make sure the board I purchased was compatible. Leo also advised me I needed thermal compound when re-seating the CPU into the slot, which I was really relieved about as I had no idea I had to do this! The board arrived the next day, I fitted it (with the thermal compound on the CPU) and it worked a treat. I can honestly say in my 27 years as an IT Contractor the service I received from pcupgrade was up there with the best. Talk about personal service! I really felt like I was being well looked after right up to the point of the board being delivered...and beyond! If you need any PC components, this is definitely the place to go! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them! Well done pcupgrade and Thank You Leo!!!
I ordered a motherboard from Pcupgrade just two days ago,within an hour they phoned me to tell me that particular board was not in stock:( However they sent me a similar board and less than 24 hours later it arrived. Three hours after that I had it up and running. Well done Pcupgrade,I know where I will head to next time I need any PC parts.
My experience with this seller has led me to miss-trust them.. I ordered a motherboard yesterday on their site then got a phone call from them a few minutes later stating the following: > There had been a mix-up with a delivery from the MB vendor > The vendor had sent them five of the wrong model motherboards > The board I had ordered was therefore not in stock > They would not be able to contact the vendor (based in Amsterdam) until the following week (this was on Thursday afternoon) > They would therefore be cancelling my order > I should re-order the motherboard when it was 'back in stock' Today (the following day - Friday) the motherboard I ordered was listed as for sale on their site, however, the price had now gone up by @ £40 I sent them a message letting them know I'd be submitting an honest TrustPilot review about my experience (these are nothing but the facts, you can make up your own mind whether to trust this seller or not) As I was writing this review I received an email and two phone calls from them (from separate phone numbers; their 0161 number was reported by my phone as ‘Suspected Spam – this number has been reported as a telemarketer’ so I blocked it, the other number is Withheld) The substance of these messages was “we don’t know why it was still listed on the website, that was a mistake and the listing has now been removed” (which indeed it has, the product is now listed as ‘Out of Stock’)
Ordered a motherboard but it was out of stock. I was offered another motherboard which was advertised at slightly more but they supplied it at no extra cost. Good customer service.
I called up about a hard to find graphic card. They checked the stock while I was on the phone and even called back when I ordered it to expedite the shipping so I wouldn't miss out. Quality service you rarely see these days.

Advertises as in stock. Lets you place an order. Takes the money. Then phones up going "oh this one isn't in stock, wasn't in stock when you ordered and won't be ever again, however the waaaaaaay more expensive one is, so pay more money.". Then when you say you want it cancelling they hang up, no emails or anything, call them back and get hung up on then miraculously straight after "this mobile is turned off" despite it being a land line 0161 number. Avoid. By the way they are still advertising and taking orders for the stuff they don't have and won't have ever again...
Ordered at 16.42, arrived by 11.00am next day, superb service. Highly recommended. No COVID excuses here, Will definitely use again. Helpful phone service and good prices.
Excellent service, I ordered the graphics adapter yesterday and it arrived today, the customer service guy was professional and we are happy and will surely use PC Upgrade again.
Cant fault them. Worked really hard and went above and beyond to diagnose and sort my problem including free tests of my components. Then presented several options within different price ranges with clear explanations of the pros and cons of each. Will definitely be using again. Thanks guys
I wanted to source a board from a UK location for speed of delivery and hopefully easier communications. Ordered a Gigabyte board listed on the website then got a call from Leo saying it was not available, but he would try to find something else suitable. After a couple of calls a suitable replacement was decided upon and it arrived within a few days. The alternate Gigabyte board was immaculate, was fitted easily and is working flawlessly. Whilst it seems a bit annoying that an item listed for sale was not actually available, Leo made all efforts to source the alternative, establishing the precise technical needs for my purposes. His comprehensive knowledge and customer focus were exemplary and PCupgrade would definitely be the first port of call for any future purchases of similar kit. I am very happy with the positive outcome and Leo's personal concern for finding a solution.
Called and spoke to Leo about a legacy motherboard that died. He took me through the whole process and dispatched a compatible board that arrived next-day. First-class. Thanks also Stu for the copy Invoice :)

I ordered a gigabyte 1050ti and then less than 2 days later, it arrived in a sealed box for a decent price. Would recommend during this pandemic!
Not happy, twice used this company to buy items, and twice they have called me to cancel. Only to see them relist it at higher prices. Bunch of time wasters. STAY AWAY unless you like waiting for refunds

A great company to deal with during COVID lockdown. My 5 year old Gigabyte gaming computer stopped working due to it getting corrupted, my GA Z170 gaming K3 was no longer available to buy from anywhere and on top of all that, all PC repair places were shut due to COVID. After searching the internet, looking for a replacement is was looking impossible so i called PCUPGRADE and spoke to Leo who was really helpful. Leo gave me great advise and located a new motherboard from MSI. The MSI motherboard did the trick with a straight swap. Up and running again within a few hours due to the help and advise from Leo. I can not thank him and his team enough, it’s saved me hours of work, plus £££s. I spoke with Leo and thanked him personally for all his help. Just speak to PCUPGRADE first they will save you time & money!!! John.
Bought a hard drive wich they said original wasnt in stock replaced it with another one similar price but hard drive was second hand as there was someone elses info on there. Ordered 8gb ram instead they sent 4gb ram. Ordered retail cpu wich was again sent in and amd processor box. First time experience would not shop here again. Customer service is good but goods they sent me are mostly second hand from hard drive to cpu. Only thing new was ram wich was the wrong kind anyway.
