I'm so pleased I went with PCUpgrade for purchasing myself a new gaming monitor. First of all the prices are very competitive, but secondly the customer service and technical help is second to none. I originally put an order in for a monitor that was technically not in-stock, but Leo from customer service contacted me immediately and referred me to Stu from their technical desk. I must say Stu has excellent technical knowledge and after a phone convo, which he summarised in an email for me afterwards, I decided upon a better suited monitor with which I am extremely happy with! Leo also upgraded my delivery to next day because of the original stock issue! I came for the prices but I'll visit again for the customer service and technical help. Thanks very much, Luke D
Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service! First off, ordered an expensive component without much knowledge on the issue I was having with my PC, called up the team and they where quick to point out that the part I ordered wouldn’t be the best fix nor would it be worth spending that much on it. (Prime example of an honest transparent business) Reordered the right part with the help of Stuart on the customer support team saving me hundreds, he makes sure it comes next day delivered and sends me a step by step easy to understand guide on how to install the part I ordered (which as someone with no expertise was very useful) When it was delivered I followed the guide but ended up loosing some important miniature screws (which Stuart was willing to go out of office to post replacements for for free next day delivery) end up finding the screw in the end lol This is now after hours Stuart on the Customer Support team offers some further assistance in his spare time to make sure that it’s correctly installed and has fixed the original issue I had all via Video Chat again so helpful. Absolutely blown away, very genuine business with genuine people who care about their craft and providing REAL value to customers. You will not get brushed aside they will help. Many thanks, Jack M

Excellent advice from Leo and supply of graphics card during the great GPU shortage of 2021. Literally the only place I could find a decent GPU for 1080p gaming on my son's first build without getting scalped! Would definitely use again.
Totally unreliable and unprofessional company. Placed an order and received a call to advise they no longer had stock. 10 minutes later checked their website and they had put the price up significantly and still stated available. Why lie to customers instead of being honest. Won't purchase from in the future.

Advertise parts as in stock when they are not. Confirm your order for the part. Then days later tell you they can't complete your order because they never had the part afterall. Which could be more than problematic as PCUpgrade's whole purpose is hard to find parts. If your after a hard to get part, save yourself a whole lot of time and trouble and look elsewhere.
Great service. My Pc was suddenly didn't work, then I took it to PC Upfrade, the staff were very helpful. Sorry , I can't remember the name of the boy who repaired my PC, but he did a very good job, chatted and offered advice and checked my Pc and sorted the problem. Very pleased with the service overall.
I ordered two monitors with PC Upgrade as they were cheaper than Amazon and delivery would have been quicker, they came functional and promptly! I had a query regarding delivery that the team were super helpful in resolving for me, can't fault the customer service in any way. Would shop here again.
Simply awesome! Jaster has been the most helpful person I've encountered ever. I have a new rig (3090) and was struggling to play a new VR game, neigher the Dev team for that game or the Discord could work it out. PC Upgrade jumped in and managed to get it fixed in a few hours of holding my hand from start to finish!! Just amazing customer service! Do not hesitate to use them for anything!! WOW. Super awesome.
I would have normally bought computer components from Amazon or Ebuyer but recently I came across PC Upgrade .I wanted to bring my desktop up to Windows 11 spec , I needed to get more information on a couple of things and spoke to Stu , he was so helpful with his excellent advice on what to buy, how to fit and set up everything. I've finished up with a lightning fast pc having gone with all of Stu's suggestions , without his help and incredible knowledge this 60 year old would have made a right dog's breakfast of it all , so much has changed in the last few years of which I knew very little about but with Stu's guidance and patience all turned out perfectly , I can't thank him enough

For astro image stacking I needed to upgrade RAM on my system, which can get pretty technical. After sending PCupgrade details of my existing RAM chipset (which is no longer manufactured) they recommended a matched like-for-like RAM chipset to use with my existing chipset. Very quick with delivery and the product works very well indeed, installed and setup in only 10 minutes, no configuration necessary. Thanks very much Stu.
As per other comments I phoned up in advance of ordering to check the stock and the item I wanted (an Asus PN40), shown as in stock on the web, wasn't actually in stock. A more expensive item was available. They spun me an excuse about not being updated over the weekend, but I first saw it last week. No excuse these days for stock to be shown incorrectly. Its clearly false advertising, bait and switch techniques. The computer system he used while I was on the phone seems to know the stock, why don't they just use that database for the website?

Sep 02,2022Was looking for a specific motherboard in micro ATX form. They stated they had one in stock so went ahead and ordered. 1st red flag was they didn't take any money until the sale went through so this got me worried that something could go wrong. Googled reviews of PCUpgrade and many said that they did not have stock / a lot of let down transactions etc. They did mention they got a call from "Leo" who explained this and tried to go the extra mile for them. I did not read if they were successful with what thier purchases as I was starting to worry about my own. Expecting a call from Leo the next morning. Got a call from Leo the next morning.... "the supplier have sent us the wrong board...." I argues that they had it in stock so what's the problem. They obviously did not have it in stock. Leo said he would try to find another and get back to me at some point by the end of the day but because I had paid extra for next day delvivery, I was already dissapointed and unhopeful as well as not recieving the service I paid for. I said I would accept most chipsets at this point as long as it would support my CPU and be of micro ATX form factor... "We have no boards except full form" Your website didn't say that Leo!! The whole thing was a bust and I feel let down they they did not have the item in stock when it stated very clearly that they did. Ultimately I did not get my item. Customer service was good, website looked a bit dodgy and clearly was from a quoted stock point of view.
