Stu's service was second to none. I was grief stricken thinking my PC might be beyond repair but he fixed it for me in a very timely fashion with all my data intact at a fair price. There was great communication and customer service all around that far exceed every other PC repair company that I had correspondance with regarding my issue. I would go again for future issues.

This company was very helpful and professional. They didn't have the motherboard I originally ordered. A little mess up in there storage. But they called me up and offered me 2 other boards one slightly cheaper one slightly more expensive. Asked me what I was wanting from the board and talked me through what one will give me what I wanted. Thank you very helpful and a personal thank you to.... sorry can't remember there name but it was either Leon or Leo. Great customer service. Will be using again.
Got a call a few minutes after placing the order online to offer a replacement power supply model as the one I wanted wasnβt in stock. They were super helpful and I got the item the next day.
This company went beyond being helpful when, another company messed up installing my Asus maximus V Formula gaming motherboard. When the other company messed up, this firm of specialist PC suppliers sorted it out πSent step by step instructions on how to install the board correctly π. Have used them many times in the past and would highly recommend these brilliant Techies ππππ
I checked Trustpilot before ordering from Pcupgrade as i usually do with new companies i've not ordered from before. I saw great reviews and that it was a genuine company and most of the bad reviews i saw were for the same reason I'm leaving a low score review, they don't actually have the product in stock despite it saying it is in stock on the website and also allowing you to complete an order. This does seem to be a common reason for low score reviews here so my recommendation would be to call ahead and make sure it's in stock before ordering especially if you're paying the extra postage for next day delivery. I must say the reason I've added an extra star was because I got a phone call rather than an email explaining it wasn't in stock and they were very nice and polite.
The customer service here is so good they are so friendly and helpful, I recently brought a motherboard and was having issues getting my pc to post, I sent the motherboard back off to them and they tested it for me when I got it back I got a phone call from the technician who spent hours of his time helping me troubleshoot each specific component he even helped me with installs and booting and we eventually got it to work, overall absolutely great experience and will be recommending pc upgrades to anyone building a computer
Ordered a CPU which had a stock issue, but whilst on the phone to discuss, Stu gave me lots of valuable advice as he thinks the problem could be related to a GPU issue and not CPU. Will be going through all his tips, and if he is correct then will gladly being my custom back to PC Upgrade to purchase the GPU upgrade! A lot of companies would just gladly take your money without checking suitability and I am very grateful they went the extra mile to save us buying the wrong thing!
Ordered a board that turned out to not be in stock. Leo contacted me to let me know. I was struck by his level of product knowledge but beyond that, and the reason for this review, I was impressed he followed up! How many people on the phone say they'll call back and then actually call!? Leo did. The delivery date was getting scarily close to a house move and they not only got it to me in time but kept me informed the whole way. Will use again.

I placed an order late at night but Leo contacted me early the next day because the part wasn't in stock he was very helpful and knowledgable and offered alternatives and was also quick to cancel the order aswell.

I was after a specific motherboard and gave them a call. Special thanks to Leo whose knowledge and professionalism was appreciated. He went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. It came very well packaged and is now in the PC and working. I will not be needing to look anywhere else for my PC parts in the future.
Motherboard failed, I wanted a direct replacement and found only one online. Barclays denied my card for no reason so, fortunately, I had to order over the phone and spoke to Leo who checked the stock to inform me that the one they had was a customer return that he couldn't guarantee so was not prepared to release it. He then spent at least half an hour finding alternatives for me until I mentioned that my CPU was the "Black" edition. "That requires a motherboard that can deliver extra power to the CPU" he said, "I'll call you back later". When he called back, he had located one in the factory stock of Gigabyte in Holland. It was not intended for retail, but they would release it without box, manual or software (I could download the necessary). He called again two days later to apologise...It had arrived too late from Holland to deliver on the date promised and would be a day late. That is customer service second to none and my thanks go out to Leo for his excellent service......Oh, yes, Leo..My computer is up and running as good as new!

customer assistants are some of the best no mess and no fuss went the extra mile to do the best they could for me would absolutely recommenced to anyone building a pc
1. Products: massive selection of up to date products. 2. Website: incredibly easy to navigate, with a wide selection of payment options (including paypal). 3. Service: by far the best service I have had in a very long time. A monitor I wanted was no longer in stock as they were not being manufactured anymore. Leo, from PCupgrade, contacted me straight away and talked me through the alternatives in detail. He also showed me the compatible wall brackets over email when I queried them. 4. Delivery: Leo, over the phone, gave me multiple options for delivery (as I am currently travelling for work). He ended up dispatching the delivery the very same day. 5. Overall: I never leave a review on products but I felt I had to in this case as the service was just so good. It's really good to find a business that actually cares about the customer.
