The features are great, but I have a consistent problem with maintaining a connection. After a few minutes the connection disappears and I get a callback from the customer while I'm still talking. It happens mostly while I'm talking, so I don't notice the connection loss. I've got a 10mb connection. This happens more often from the app, whether my connection is wifi or mobile Verizon.
Ordering and setting up the unit was simple. Everything works as hoped. 4 stars because I can only set the phone up where the router is, and I originally wanted the phone to be placed in a different room. I did not realize that upon purchase and was disappointed.
I've had Phone Power for several years in St. Louis, MO and we now have them in Mississippi. This is a great company, good service and good customer service...and at a good price. I highly recommend them.

Staff are not on same page with customer requests. Lack of correct documentation from one staff to another
1st Phone line operational BUT VoiP device, ObiHai OBI302 is problematic. 2nd line connection not operating. NO support by phone from OBI and NO support via OBI website to correct 2nd line phone connection issue!! Can't even log in to OBI website after creating account. Need to correct or get a replacement device. Enough to make me consider cancelling my service overall and finding a new phone company.
I recently moved my personal phone from basic talk to Phone Power. The transfer was easy to do an so far I am impressed with the improvement in my service. I recommend Phone Power to anyone tired of high phone bills and poor service!
You walk in for a tiny reparation. Delivering your phone, not given any price,. instead told to come back after 10 minutes. Coming back after 10 minutes - being billed 2.000 kroner. Worst service in the history of business.
I am happy to save money each month and have good service!

A small hitch at setting up service, but it is now proving to be realiable and very affordable. Satisfied to date. Should have left ATT ages ago.
Before I purchase this system, I was using an over-the-air device. That device failed every day and I ended purchasing three boxes with the same results. As I reviewed the benefits of your system. I have found this to be the best buy for my dollar. The cloned second line came in handy. I was talking on one phone and my wife came in and asked me to use the phone. I told her to use the other phone and she walked over and picked the receiver and place the other call that she needed. After the call, she told me that was a really nice benefit to have for us to use. There have been no failed calls or technical issues.
I had Vonage for years, however, they keep raising their rates, so I switched to Phone Power with more reasonable pricing since I already paid to use the Internet. What is nice is you can see a list of all calls and block the phone numbers that you do not want calls from again.
I have been with PhonePower for around 10 years and back in November, I cancelled for 3 months to get a better price on my ISP services, and then in February I got the discount rate on internet. For a couple days, I did research on other VOIP's just to see what's out there but happily came straight back to PhonePower. I like the service, it's clear and rather reliable, they have some great features and customer service has always been able to fix any issues that may arise, which are few. And on a sidenote, during the 3 months I was without them, I went to a cellphone data plan; they went the extra mile to make sure my cancellation and reinstatement went very smoothly, including the porting in and out from them. I just wish everyone would give me as a referral so I could also benefit! lol :-) Update 12/3/23: Still with them!
Low rating because I’m getting impatient with dropped calls. Sometimes, it even drops a call 3 or 4 times in the first 10 minutes.
I signed up with Phone Power in February of this year. The phone number ported from our former carrier before the analogue phone converter arrived, but that was more due to slow mail & the weather than Phone Power not shipping it in a timely manner. It was easy to set up the converter--basically just plug it in, connect it to the modem, & connect the phone to it! The only contact I have had with Phone Power since was to request a cancellation of the automated voicemail system, since we have an answering machine on our phone landline. They complied with no problem. I had to reset the converter once, just by unplugging it, waiting for 10 seconds, & plugging it in. I'm not sure why we lost phone service, but resetting the converter fixed it right away, & I didn't have to contact tech support. Overall, it's been really seamless service. I never even think about it. No problems so far!
