Mar 17,2021Everything is excellent with the exception of receiving continuous computer generated solicitation calls since we switched to Phone Power. I question whether these multiple daily phone calls originated from Phone Power swelling our number.

Feb 03,2021I've had Phone Power for a month now and it has been glitch free. My old system incorporated Google voice which became very unreliable and unstable.

Jan 15,2021Wasn’t able to transfer my phone over - one email was sent over a three-four week attempt. I called weekly with updates waited on hold for up to 25 mins - possibly still waiting in a refund and cancellation notice it’s been 3 weeks now

Jan 02,2021I find myself with no signal everyday, no customer service to assist me cuz' there's no one at the customer service number, I've spent more money on a prepaid phone than this. Doesn't work well. I would recommend phone.com than this.

Dec 15,20201st Phone line operational BUT VoiP device, ObiHai OBI302 is problematic. 2nd line connection not operating. NO support by phone from OBI and NO support via OBI website to correct 2nd line phone connection issue!! Can't even log in to OBI website after creating account. Need to correct or get a replacement device. Enough to make me consider cancelling my service overall and finding a new phone company.

Dec 15,2020So far I am very satisfied with Phone Power. The phone works well through VOIP. I replaced my previous provider because often there would not be anyone on the other end when I answered the phone and I would have to call them back. The basic functions: voice mail, caller ID, redial, call log all work well. Customer Service is easy to contact and very helpful. Unfortunately, the way the cloned second line works is that because they are the same phone number, both lines ring on my 2 line phone system when a call comes in and the second line does not stop ringing immediately when I answer. Apparently there is no fix for this but it is only a minor irritant.
