Too many drop calls when calling internationally. Also not clear.
Everything from order to install went extremely smooth and so easy for a landline phone. Phone companies charge $45 to $50 Per month and for the same service with Phone Power it is $14 monthly. No brainer choice for the exact same service.

I can’t really say what kind of services was provided since I was not able to use the service. The internet company that we went with had a special box that was not designed to have a phone line. So my rate is on customer service, response time and shipping. As for shipping the box arrived early and had everything we needed. Five stars. The website that had specific instructions on how to install the box was not working. Tried several times and did not work at. Zero stars. Emailed the phone service company about the issue but didn’t get a response. Even when I cancelled I received a automated response but I did not know that my service was cancelled until I sent a second email to follow up. Timely response: zero stars. Over all experience? 1.6 so being that I rounded up I give them 2 stars. I hope this helps someone else. Just be aware.

I was sent 2 different pieces of equipment that did not work and the tech support function on the website was not helpful. The webpage was not mobile friendly. The wait time on the phone took too long even though I was 1st in que too be helped. After 3 weeks and paying for service, I still had no working phone. Axvoice picked up the ball and had me up and running in a week.
I didn't like the surprise fee. There should be a way to tell exactly how much the fee would be. To surprise a customer with a fee saying between $10-$25 will appear on your bill in two weeks is poor customer service. And the representative was uncaring and robotic. Was she really a BOT? I will NOT renew my service.
My tv service via Roku stick has been excellent with you guys where before it was iffy at best with Comcast. I do kinda not like the five second lag time when I call out on my phone; I dial and then have to wait about 5 seconds before the ringing begins. Other than that, I like your service a lot and it's certainly cheaper than Comcast.
No issues with functionality and audio/uptime service. Works as advertised for the most part. Only issue was 2nd line is not really a 2nd line but a 2nd port for the same phone number. You will have to purchase another line if you want a true 2nd line with a different phone number (personal and business line). Web site and advertising somewhat misleading in this regard.
Overall I really like phone power. Was happy we were able to keep our landline number we have had for over 22 years when we moved to the country...am a little disappointed on a problem I thought I had fixed and isn't. We were not getting our messages on our answering machine...it would just beep when we played back messages. I called and they fixed it for about a week and now it has reverted back to doing the same thing...will have to call again in the morning : (
Wow was this easy to set up. I am using a BYOD SIP phone and not their gateway. The voice quality has been perfect. I love their service.

I ordered this product as a portable travel charger for multiple devices. When the charger arrived I was surprised at the weight and bulk of this charger. It was very big, heavy, and bulky. Initially it charged my devices fine, but the time it took to recharge this device took a long time. As far as charging by solar power, it was pretty much nonexistent. To do this it had to pretty much be placed in direct sunlight but it could not get hot. After about 1 week of use, this device quit taking a charge by usb and was returned.

It's a great service. Call quality is excellent. Our temple used to have phone services bundled with Internet services. I find it hard to switch from Optimun to Verizon Fios be cause of the phone. So now if Optimum charges us too much for internet we just switch to Fios and vis versa....
The actual service you are paying for is outstanding.. The customer service and delivery with the company is absolutely horrible.. I pay in 2 year increments and have been for 8 years, but every 2 years it is a new adventure to see how much they can screw up your order, your service, any deliveries to you etc.

Nov 08,2020AFTER TRYING FOR HOURS TO GET MY PHONE SYSTEM SET UP WITH NO SUCCESS, I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND RETURNED THEIR EQUIPMENT. IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A REWIRE OF MY HOME PHONE WIRING TO GET THEIR PRODUCT TO WORK. MAKE SURE YOU CAN INSTALL IT BEFORE YOU TRY AND MAKE THE MOVE TO THEIR SYSTEM.
