Dec 04,2023Easy to get an appointment and engineer arrived as scheduled. However price wise they are incredibly expensive. They also have you over a barrel, as the engineer had destroyed the part getting it off (a tap) and therefore I needed a new one. I had no choice and had to agree, as the original couldn’t be put back on. £500 for a tap replacement is extortionate. The tap doesn’t even match the rest of the bathroom suite. I wouldn’t use again.

Nov 29,2023Booked a plumber at 4pm for an emergency call out. Waited 2hrs, then called them to be told the call was still logged and they will let me know the time. At 6:30 I get a call to say they aren’t coming. Can I rebook for tomorrow. I would have booked for tomorrow if need a plumber tomorrow! They should have never accepted the job!!
