Nov 01,2023so i called these plumbers to fix the flush on my toilet.they were incapable of doing that and after parting with £354 the flush still wasnt working.they said theyd fix it for another £245 plus vat.you couldnt make it up.i gave them a really bad review and i had to get a real plumber to fix it.the real plumber took out the bit of plastic that the cowboy plumber had put in and replaced it with a proper part.toilet is now working great.he also unclogged my basin in bathroom for free.he was here for less than half an hour.the cowboy plumber was here for hours and still didnt fix it.do not trust these people with your plumbing theyll rip you off and charge you the earth

Nov 01,2023Very easy, called up, confirmed someone was in our area and they would be here within 2 hours. A later call to confirm who would be coming and time they would be here. Wayne arrived and was polite and respectful, taking his shoes off before going upstairs. Wayne was informative and through with his investigation of our issues and resolved them quickly. Highly recommend the company and Wayne.

The plumber arrived within the hour and quickly effectively patched the line, preventing any more water damage. I like their prompt response and sound advise during this trying time.

Price does seem quite high but everything was handled so professionally and all steps and prices were explained clearly to us by a well organised and extensive team. (Guess this is where we need to pay a bit more.. it’s not just a one-man-band. There’s a system in place) The plumber who came out to us twice was really helpful and communicative. Good service even though you never want to fork out for broken pipes!

Oct 23,2023The drain engineer was great he fixed my problem with the flood i had . The thing which i think let your company down was the fact i was informed by your agent that an engineer would be with me at 11.30 which did not happen . I called in again at around 1.30 , this time i was informed that the guy coming to me was just finishing off the job he was on , and that i would be informer as soon as he had finished . Well i was not informed so by 4.30 iu called again and this time i don't think they could find me on the system so i had obviously fallen by the wayside , eventually they did find me and i was then informed that he would be with me at 6.00pm. i entualy had aver nice you lad come to my rescue . So all i can say is keep the customer informed as to what's going on, it really is common courtesy to keep the customer happy . Otherwise the job was sorted out quite quickly .

Nov 04,2023Please don’t use this company. It’s like daylight robbery. You pay a fixed price upfront. They arrive and, surprise surprise, can’t do it without their specialist tools! The engineer calls head office - then you get the call to say it will be 10 times the original amount (£1200 to unblock a drain!). The engineer then waits on site while the company repeatedly call (back to back!) to force a decision. Remember you’ve already paid a fixed price, they’re standing there and repeatedly calling you. 4 weeks later, exactly the same problem. Called them back - same issue so ‘free of charge’ - until it wasn’t. Then, again, another couple of calls from head office telling me the engineer would not leave until payment was made - even though they’d already emailed the invoice and I hadn’t even had a chance to open it yet! I’d also only agreed to the work as it was ‘free of charge’! Imagine if this was a vulnerable person! I explained that it was exactly the same problem (for which they had already received pretty handsome payment) and couldn’t have been a separate issue - but the clearly train their staff to intimidate people. I would never use these people again. Reporting to Watchdog.
