Pod Point service was really good, engineer was a good guy who installed efficiently.
Charger stopped working supposedly have a warranty but no one has been out to fix it or replace, awful customer service

Guys turned up on time very thorough in explaining everything. Surveyed the job, carried out the work in a professional manner went through manual with myself on completion. Both men were very respectful and obliging throughout the installation. Would highly recommend the company to anyone.

You got 5 stars because your engineer was so professional and fitted my charger exactly where I wanted it promptly and with the minimum of fuss and disturbance Your scheduler on the other hand deserves a 1 star after they booked the engineer for thr 20th despite sending me an email for the confirmed date of 21st. Thank god your engineer called ahead on the 20th!!!
I've been experiencing issues with Pod Point public chargers for the last 6 days. I can't top my credit up therefore I can't use the chargers. I've tried everything on my side, but it's the vendor that is having issues taking payments. I've sent emails to get help. Still no response. I've called into the helpline. Does anyone ever answer the phones? Number 1 in the queue, waited for an age, and still nobody answers. Reading the EV forums this is a very, very common issue. I've had a couple of issues where a charging cable has locked in the car using other charging networks. A quick phone call and the operator resets the charger and I can disconnect. How can I possible trust Pod Point when I can't manage any contact with them in 5 days? If I have a problem with Pod Points it's very clear they are very difficult to contact. It is these problems that deter petrol and diesel car drivers moving over to EVs.
After the initial problems, emails and phone calls, first appointment cancelled the day before. I'm not an electrician or a surveyor, so I think that someone needs to check the area to see if a point can be fitted, not rely on emails and forms that need to be filled in, plus paid upfront. The fitting of the point was great and the engineer was very pleasant and very helpful.
Informed of arrival time and installer was excellent. Pleasant fella, very professional friendly and exceedingly tidy. Showed me what was required and linked Pod to home internet.
I was a little late to arrive for the installation but once there the engineer worked quickly and made an excellent job, clearing away all debris. He stayed and checked that functionality was good before leaving. Very good service.
Terrible customer service—completely unresponsive to emails. I paid for the service, and after a month, there’s still no installation. No updates, no communication, and no effort to resolve the issue. If you’re looking for reliability, avoid this company at all costs.
Fitting went perfectly OK & installer was friendly, explained everything as he was going & tidied up after himself. Podpoint did charge for initial survey though.
