Feb 20,2025Had to wait three to four weeks for installation. Once engineer arrived, charged me another £130 for initial works, when I queried this with head office it wasn’t for extra works but for extra time. No extra time had actually been warranted. I’m still waiting for a refund. Once charger had finally been installed, after three weeks, it hasn’t worked! Still not working and no matter how many times I call to rearrange another engineer to replace it, nothing gets resolved. Still waiting for the charger to work. I would avoid!

Feb 20,2025a really nice guy came to install - very polite and helpful. He showed us the options and minimised the intrusion of the device. He explained carefully how to operate the system and helped to link into my wifi.

Feb 20,2025Terrible customer service. They do not pick up when calling for support even though advised you’re #1 in the queue! Pod pint I used took 2 holding payments as did not verify it was charging. Advice - avoid and use a higher power charger with better user interface.

Feb 20,2025Although we had to wait a long time for the Pod point to actually be fitted, On the day, the engineer was very good, fitting was very neat, all wires indoors have been covered very well that you wouldn’t notice them. He was friendly and very helpful.

Feb 20,2025The Pod Point visually for me is to high. I chalked on the wall the location but was out for the day, so daughter home and Pod Point installed several inches above where I would have liked it to be. I’ll see if they can come back and lower it. Answer was not factual as the PP here chalked in the wall was between the suggested points for the installer. No discussion from the installer on hight as was out but hey ho, hence dropping a star. Only suggestion for readers is be explicit where you want you Pod Point to be.
