I upgraded from a Solo 3 to Solo 3S and the install was faultless. However, I couldnt give 5 stars as I felt the installer should have coordianted with the Pod- Point support desk to remove my old charger from my app and add the new charger. Instead I had to call and email support and it took two days to get resolved. the chargers are however very good!

The engineer arrived clearly stressed and started by complaining about what a big job it was. I pointed out that I had already run the cable through the loft space and all that was needed was to connect it at both ends and clip the cable up the walls He calmed down and looked at both ends and said he wouldn’t be able to fasten the cable at one end as it may crack the bricks and didn’t want to be faced with replacing bricks He then proceeded to fit the charger and wire the unit up. He had blocked my wifes car in and she needed to go out so I asked if he could move his van and his response was to utter something about now not being on pay and stormed off to move it. I advised him that that was not my issue and not to take it out on us He then spent a while connecting to the wi-fi and informed me that the signal was poor so commissioned it on his phone then showed me hurriedly how it worked He said when he had gone I could connect my phone and use the charger He left the cable just hanging for me to secure the following day Further to the above, Today I have had a smart meter installed and the engineer advised and showed me that 1of the cables the above fitted was NOT tightened and could have caused a fire by sparking. Disgraceful !!!!!

The installation tech was informative, polite, friendly and helpful. He did a very tidy neat job and answered any of my questions. Great job-well done.
The engineer was polite, friendly and on time. The works were completed on time and the area left clean and tidy too.
Luckily there was a cancellation, so my installation was brought. I only had to wait 2 days from purchase. The installation was seamless. The engineer explained what he needed to do to install the device and he was happy to install it in my preferred location. He was very knowledgeable about the device and how it all works. He explained it all to me at the end and we did a test there and then to see the car charging. I am very happy with the service, the device looks very smart, stylish, not too bulky and all in all it works.
After the installation of my pod point car charger my underfloor heating system is no longer working. Was working fine prior to the installation.

Quick and easy installation. Power went off for about 30 minutes. Not too bad. Managed to install the pod without having to enter the house at all.
Completed the form for installation and got an appointment to get the point fitted within a few days. The fitter was excellent, really informative and friendly and did an efficient and neat job. Would definitely recommend.

The installer was very friendly and have no issues with the quality his work. The same evening, upon return to the house, it was extremely cold. All tests showed the boiler was not working. When I called him to clarify, he said he was not close to the gas or the boiler. I have 3 young children at home and trying to keep them warm was becoming a challenge. I called a gas engineer to look into the problem. I incurred a £100 call out charge by the gas engineer. The engineer noted that the emergency gas shut off valve was closed at the time of the installation!! This valve was very close to where the pod charging point was installed. Once the valve was open, the boiler worked and heating was back again.
