Feb 16,2025Pleased with installation and Pod which is simple to use. My only gripe is the mess that the installer made. Can’t believe he didn’t put anything down to protect the carpet! He made an awful mess drilling through the upvc door. It took ages to get the carpet clean of all the tiny bits of upvc. Would have taken 2 minutes to put a dust sheet down, which I would have thought was standard practice in someone’s home

Feb 15,2025I've rung their number almost 20 times and it just rings out. No one answers the phone. No one replies to my email. They just seem to want to take the money. So what is supposed to happed if one has an unexpected problem and can't make the booked appointment? Like, say, you're trying to call them from your hospital bed and you can't get to speak to anyone to re-arrange an appointment in a couple of days? They're supposed to be Which? Trusted Traders, yet they don't fulfill their contractual obligations.

Feb 15,2025Had my charger installed a few years ago. No dramas and very professional. After care leaves a bit to be desired and be wary of what their ‘techical’ experts advise. I changed my car and every time I try to charge it it trips the board, car charges fine on all other chargers. They diagnosed the fault remotely but didn’t say specifically what what it was and provided multiple solutions to the problem which seems odd. When I said my charger chargers other cars ok, the response then changed to it must be your car. Which is odd given they had ‘diagnosed’ the fault. I queried what the actual fault was on two occasions and never got a reply. I suspect that their strategy once products are out of warranty is to to send a generic fault message in the hope customers will fork out for a new charger. Watch out folks
