The installer made it look so easy, he was neat and tidy. He set everything up before he explained how everything work, even sorted the wifi. I was very impressed.

Very poor service and unprofessional staff instead of helping they ready to arguing, been nearly two weeks struggling to hold someone on phone after waiting in queue for more then hour nearly everyday, costing me £40-£60 a day to charge my car,
Had an email from two people at podpoint re having a charger installed at my business, replied to both heard nothing back. Can never get through on the phones!
The engineer was amazing. He was able to install it inside and at the same time repaired an existing frayed cable to the fuse box. He went above any beyond what he needed to do. It was very much appreciated.

The company are a nightmare to deal with. I emailed them six times and had to ring them twelve times chasing a response to get a quote and schedule a date for the "free" install I got with a Land Rover purchase. Each time I rang I got the message "our operators are busy" and had to wait for a call back. The actual physical installation when it eventually happened was very good, the engineer was very neat and tidy and the install looks great.
All installed in less than 3 hours just where I wanted and as I expected.
Engineer who came to fit the EV charging was very friendly knowledgeable and i asked for it to be fitted a certain way and that wasn’t an issue at all
Paid for this on 5th Jan. Local electrician said he could do it cheaper (and in fact quicker) but assumed Pod Point would be high quality as recommended by EDF. There has been no communication from Pod Point other than one email to cancel the original booked January installation date and reschedule for 13th Feb. No contact from installer ahead of the booking to confirm a time. Phoned the Pod Point helpline at 1230 on the day of installation because of the lack of communication, they reassured us all was ok, we had an 11am-4pm slot and someone would show up by 4pm. Waited in til 8pm, nobody showed up. No communication so far from them to acknowledge or reschedule. I guess I’ll have to waste more time today trying to get through to the helpline. I would avoid this company, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
