Installer was first class
Today is the third time I’ve scheduled an appointment for a podpoint engineer to install my charger for them not to show up. No call, no explanation, and no response from the scheduling team at podpoint to my emails asking where the engineer is. I booked and paid for my charger in September but have been waiting for them to complete the install since the completion of ground works relating the install before Xmas.
Great communication and installation was completed with no issues, once fitted we were taken through how it works and given full details on next steps.
Simple to arrange, flexible approach really neat job. Provided advice and was open to our thoughts. Great job thanks.
We nearly gave up with Pod point after they cancelled 3 of our installation slots at the last minute each time. They are awful to get hold of and very slow to communicate with you. However, when an installer finally showed up, the actual electrician was brilliant. Efficient and tidied everything up, great subcontractor.

The pod point stopped working within hours of it getting fitted. Customer service has been poor and I'm being passed from department to department to get it fixed .
The engineer was great and very helpful once I asked 'many' questions about the product and in relation to day to day running my new vehicle (new to electric car market)

We had a pod point charger installed by Haydn. Haydn was very professional and explained the process, showed me the app & how it all works in detail. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Pod Point / Haydn to anyone considering an electric charger at home.
It seems Pod Point excels at supporting new customers but falls woefully short in supporting existing ones. This is now my fourth attempt to schedule an engineer appointment to repair my faulty Solo home charger. I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes each time in ‘Queue position 1’ just to speak to someone. After all that, I received an automated appointment scheduled 17 days from now. It's been over four weeks since I first reported the issue! The lack of organisation within Pod Point is astonishing, with no clear process for handling escalations or complaints. To make matters worse, it looks like someone at Pod Point has been sending my emails to Delonghi coffee machines instead, which might explain the lack of communication... and to top it off, it's a data breach! The saga continues....wish me luck.

Excellent engineer sent to install the unit. Unfortunately delays in surveying site, sending incorrect electrical parts prior to installation meant it took 7.5 weeks from payment to completion (after sales pitch of ‘a few days’)
