He did his job to an excellent standard, even hoovering his brick dust externally which is above and beyond from this young man. Customer service is off the charts. Feb 12,2025The installation was not done properly and I am still waiting to connect to the app even after 10 hours. It should be in the responsibility of Pod Point to ensure everything including smart app connected to the charger.
