Struggled with every step and still struggling to get issues sorted. It seems no body bothers and values the customers. Keep getting confusing emails; on calling - they keep on apologising with no solution to offer. Pathetic service
Fuss free installation, all completed with a positive helpful intent. No complaints.
Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified a problem at the end of the installation and managed to fix it. He was happy to spend time talking us through the instructions and showing us how to use the charger.

Really informative and polite engineer. Install took about 2.5 hours and the engineer Cameron made the cabling super neat and tidy, explained everything very clearly as and when he was carrying out the install.

The charger end got water damage through the cap and doesn't charge. Pod point offered to replace the cable for £390.... Crazyness when it's a design fault that water gets in and corrodes the charger. ---- As requested, I have sent over the information on the case to their customer services team. Immediately after sending it, the customer services team closed the ticket where the issue was lodged (with no email or explanation).

Excellent experience on the day
After a few hiccups to secure an installation date, the Pod was finally installed on 4/03/25. Engineer was efficient, courteous and installation was complete within 2 hours. Full explanation of Pod’s workings provided and a very tidy job done on the installation.
Quick enough to take your money for installation but if there’s a problem radio silence! I reported my PodPoint not charging to Eric on 10/02/2025. Was assured it was logged as an urgent issue and would be looked into in the next 24-48h. 3 weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from PodPoint! Don’t waste your money, buy a more reliable alternative!
The bloke that turned up to do the job, was absolutely disgusting really not some one I would normally invite into my house turned up in a track suit and absolutely stunk. When we were mapping out I said can you put it as close to the front door possible so basically as far to the right of the cupboard he actually didn’t listen to a word and done it as close to the left hand side but by that point he drilled the hole. Went and had a 20 mins fag brake in his van with the radio up really low and then to top him off keep on telling me he’s had enough of this job (not my house) the actual job said it’s his last day on Friday and he’s so over it.
