I didn't get much information before the pod point installation, only the date and that it would take up to 3 hours. Ideally, it would be better to get a reminder before the day just to confirm they are still coming and if it will be morning or afternoon. I work from home so information on how long the electric needed to be off for, what access the engineer needed etc would be good. The guy who came out was excellent though, completed within an hour and very helpful.

Arrived on time, but unfortunately I was caught in the middle of an urgent work issue. He cracked on with minimal input needed from me, did an amazing job! Looks way better than I thought it would on the side of the house and explained everything perfectly and very simply.

Really not happy with the service that was provided. Started off quite well. Communication was incredibly slow and in most cases non existent. When it came to having it activated it took several weeks as it was not booked in the diaries properly. Had to wait for it to be activated due to the loop system that was in place on the street in which I live. No fault can be put on the technicians that have installed the charger as they were very friendly and helpful. The initial price for the charge point was then met with an extra £100 for the surge protection that is 'optional' but is required by uk law to be installed.

Awful customer service. Paid for my charger and heard nothing since despite calls and emails. Very quick to take my money but zero follow up to any of my questions

The whole process went without a hitch. The installer was a very nice young man, and explained everything concisely. Altogether a good experience.

The installers were first class, only let down by a failure to turn up to the first appointment, due to illness, so there's no back up for staff, and the ridiculous quotations for groundworks which I had done seperately, they also won't allow you to book installation until groundworks are complete, so it turns into a very long lead time for installation!

The installation went without a hitch. Gareth was very amiable and skilled at his job. House was left as clean as when the job started. Podpoint works perfectly. Many thanks.

Left really disappointed. Failed to have PodPoint commissioned as installer would not inspect water pipe bonding under crawl space. Secondly he had to return to the property as he failed to complete an essential install task. Installers should have been wearing overshoe protectors than leaving shoe marks on property. Also I don't understand why we have to leave it on with the red out of service light when it is not yet commissioned. Does not look good for Pod Point. It is now nearly two months since purchase.

PodPoint arranged inspection within 24 hours of the order, and installation 48 hours later, very efficient and minimal hassle - thank you!

Our installer, Mike, was brilliant. He went to great efforts to make sure that our exterior wiring was done sensitively. His work was very high quality and detailed and he explained the tech very well.
