Great installation engineer. Very polite, efficient and professional.
Communications preinstall was good. Nick the Pod Point installer was excellent, a very good representative of your Company Only downside was the quote provided to dig a trench circa 3ft long x 1.2ft deep including materials that are available online for approx £50, was a bit on the high side, so I used an alternative.

John H was amazing. The contractor which installed our pod hadn’t set up our pod properly and it was taking long to charge. John was amazing and in a very short time he managed to remotely sort out our issue. Thanks again for all your help and getting this sorted out so fast!

I have been "number 1" in the customer service queue for 45 minutes now - why do you NEVER answer the customer calls? and then just cut me off.... utter rubbish
The installer was brilliant. He explained things really well and there was an issue with my outdoor meter where there was no space to install a small circuit box. Being a certified electrician, he overcame the issue by doing a bit of rewiring. Everything worked great! Excellent job
We had to put our cables in place ahead of installation as we wanted to run them through the attic. Cable sent and we booked our connection. No problems on day of installation. Pod point looks smart and working well. Installer polite and efficient.

The installation engineer himself was fantastic - very polite and kept me informed during the installation process. The issues experienced was leading up to the installation unfortunately. No calls from the business after 5 days of paying my money to arrange an installation data, I had to call myself to ask why I haven’t been contacted. Secondly when it was confirmed what the date and timelslot is going to be, which was an AM slot, I called late AM on the agreed date only to be told it was a PM slot - the agent had made a mistake in why he told me AM apparently! There was no call to proactively tell me this point and when I called for an ETA, I was waiting on the phone for 50 minutes before anyone picked up.
Bought Pod Point based on Minis suggestion, but had to chase now over 2 weeks on the help centre. Finally received a call back, but still waiting for a date to be offered an installation. Bought the home plug in £238.00 from Mini to cover the interim period until wall charger is installed. Very frustrating. Updated my Stars as now have a date for installation

Professional and highly skilled electrician fitted my pod point and it works well. Sadly the incorrect cable was supplied and I am waiting for that to be rectified
Pod point stopped working out of the blue. Dreadful customer service. Kept hanging on for 30 minutes at a time. Eventually after being asked to take photos of the pod point and the installation we were told we needed a new pod point and new wiring. Pod point had originally done the installation so why it needed re installing is strange. After 3 weeks I have had enough of this company. Do not waste your time and money with them.
Gareth was a great installer. Routed the cable very efficiently, and the instalment time was fast, too.
Great when it works but don't expect any kind of urgency from them to fix your unit if it develops a fault. 6th January I reported a fault with my charging unit and here we are on the 10th Feb still trying to arrange an engineer visit. After various emails and getting moved from one department to another, I was finally granted the honour of an engineer visit, scheduled for 11th Feb (tomorrow). After organising time off work I received an email at 5pm today (10th) to say they can't make it tomorrow, but can we do next week instead. Oh go on then, what's another week, or two, or three..... Seriously though, really really slow customer service for maintenance and utter contempt for customers. Totally fed up with them.

Feb 11,2025A very high standard in terms of timing, quality and communication. Every stage of the installation process was fully explained and delivered as expected. Also, fully briefed after the installation was completed how to charge my car and also deal with any issues should they happen. Definitely 5 stars from me.
