Feb 08,2025Very polite customer service teams, but trying to simply get an engineer to visit my elderly parents is proving an effort. Their charger is tricky to insert and remove the charging cable from and/or not charging at all when they manage it. A move towards a 'DIY' type of approach to solving technical problems with lots of firms isn't helpful when it involves my octogenarian father being asked to produce a video of himself pushing and pulling a cable out of a wall charger. Is a conversational explanation not sufficient? I can see these reviews are monitored, so perhaps someone can respond to my e-mail (last one 08/02 12.42 to 'Daniel') on their behalf and arrange for an engineer to attend asap prior to their need to use the car for a holiday. I'd like to be able to delete this negative review if we can resolved quickly please. Many thanks UPDATER Further to re-mailing two days ago as requested I have yet to be contacted.

Feb 08,2025A very professional installation from start to finish, on a very frosty morning my engineer explained what was going to happen and gave excellent advice on where to place my charger. Even with a problem that cropped up he soon sorted it no problem. At the end of the installation the whole area was cleaned as if no one had been there. Sadly I did not get his name, but a first class job all round. Many thanks.

Feb 08,2025I had Haydn visit this week to fit my EV charger. He was punctual, responsive quickly with texts, professional and a great laugh. He was extremely informative with guidance about using the charger itself. He cleaned up after himself and just couldn’t have done any more to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PodPoint installation to anyone requiring EV charger.

Feb 07,2025worst ever customer service . 3 months now try to get to speak with a person to add to our existing charger s without a response . I have been in contact with Barry Adley who is supposed C.O.O ? He promises contact and still nothing no good if the boss cant get a response and now doesn't return messages . I tried the new phones system 8 times no one ever picks up . Worst out of all the services I have dealt with in 30 years , water companies phone companies and the such AVOID
