Excellent service from start to finish, pod point installed very neatly and the service technician was very friendly and full of useful information. Highly recommended

All of these reviews seem to be about installation. Yes I agree when it came to installation podpoint were great. However when it came to issues. The customer service was appalling. Our original mini electric was still charging, so from that point of view the charger was working. The garage we bought the new car from were fabulous, in offering a free fast charge. However I phoned podpoint at 11 am one morning and the customer service team did a few checks and couldn’t see the issue. They then advised me they would email the technical team. I expected a prompt response however when I‘d heard nothing 24 hours later. I called back to be told they gave themselves 48 hours to get back to technical isssues. This leaves me with a car I can’t drive. I am still waiting 4 days later and am currently in a queue. Every time I have called the team I have been on hold for more than 30 mins , each time being caller 1 or 2 in the queue. Come on pod point. How do I drive me electric car, that I can’t charge at home? Due to my location and my family dynamics, having to drive miles and wait around for a car charge are not easy options or feasible options.

Incredibly neat electrical installation and the engineer went out of his way to make it "cable free" to the box on the front of the house by drilling (accurately) diagonally through the brick to the garage - looks great!

Rang before arriving and was polite, clean & tidy and very efficient. Done a really nice job leaving tidy cables and explained how the pod point works.

It was amazing to be offered an installation date the day after placing the order. Unfortunately the suggested date did not work for us, however we were offered the following day (a Sunday), which was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about work arrangements. The installation itself was also very good. We got a call 1/2 hour before the installer arrived, which was slightly before schedule. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and polite.We were able to discuss the locations for the pod and agree the cable route that worked best for us. We were shown what to do and how to set everything up to make sure we could just use the pod straight away. Overall such a good experience.

The absolute worst experience EVER. Communication lacking. They sent a message yesterday to say someone would be here today Sunday. No one turned up. No communication. Took weeks to get an installation date and have been messed around since. Customer experience zero. For what they are charging the service is appalling.

Organised a week earlier than expected, Tim was prompt & worked efficiently so finished in 1.5hrs. He was friendly & polite and took time to say Hi to my dog too!
