The Pod Point engineer arrived right on time and performed the installation work flawlessly. He provided me with all the information following installation that I needed to operate the equipment and I cannot fault anything!

The installer was extremely helpful in working out where to put the charger. He was very pleasent to deal with and he explained everying in a simple way to those of us who struggle with todays technology.
Joke of a customer service team, been strung along for 3 weeks waiting for my home charge point to be fixed. Engineer supposed to show up today told at 2:30pm he would hear at 3:00pm then to receive an email just after 3 to say he’s not coming anymore. No one bothering to contact me to reschedule or explain why. Been told 4 times I’d receive call to sort this out but had no correspondences from them at all. As of next week will be a month without a home charger when I rely on my car for my job. Should of stuck to Project E.V charger I had at my old property could never fault this and customer service was spot on

Big Ash was amazing great professional and personable guy. Discussed the work to be completed and the reason for risk assessment. The pod was installed in the requested place and job completed to satisfaction. Than you extremely courteous.

I've had a Pod Point Solo for several years with no issues. However the first time I've needed customer support & it's been appalling. Been promised several callbacks but heard nothing. Am left with a charger not working & no way of getting it repaired.
5 star for the installer (Mahan) who came to do the work. 1 star for the fact I had to help him. This isn’t Mahan’s fault - this was a two man job, and it wouldn’t have been completed had it just been Mahan doing the work. Though this was good teamwork, I’m shocked that this is seen as a 1 man job. Any compensation for having to do 50% of the work?

Feb 07,2025Quick and easy - there was a problem with the earthing from the water meter to the main board. They told me what to do and re-arranged an appointment. Very smooth and great customer service!
