Can't fault the two guys who came to fit my charger, they were excellent so no complaints there, however after being let down twice I then had to wait another 6 weeks before it was fitted. The manager I spoke to said he would try and fit us in in sooner but didn't.

The engineer phoned prior to his visit and asked if he could attend in the next half hour, as he was due to come later in the day. We agreed. On arrival he explained the installation process before starting work and advised us of an approximate time when the power had to be turned off. When the installation process he cleared up and then explained how the app worked to programme charging. We were very happy with everything and would recommend Pod Point to friends and family

Installation was well thought out, and completed very tidily. Only downside was that the installer forgot to install the holster, so had to return to do it another day 🙄.

Our installation was within days of ordering due to cancellation, and the installer being local to us. Very happy with the quality of work and advice.

The installation went well, but the customer service post installation is shocking. They don't respond to emails and when they did, it didn't resolve the issue. I've now been on hold to them for over an hour trying to resolve the issue again. Really unimpressed that it takes this much hassle just to resolve the home charger not being able to be added to the app.

Arrived early, friendly, helpful and efficient. Only thing missing was the (5 minute) warning call prior to arrival. Otherwise, really good, quick install

My Pod Point experience goes from bad to worse. I left a review on 19th January with the awful experience I had received trying to book a date for my charger to get installed. Funnily enough following my review I received an email with the date it was booked in for (today - 5th February). I've just received a phone call from Pod Point to inform me the installation won't be able to go ahead today and the earliest they can install it is next Wednesday, 12th (which I can't do as I will be in the office). You would think if they've cancelled on you they would prioritise getting you booked back in. I have my electric car without the ability to charge it and needing to use it for childcare. A company I wouldn't recommend using!
