Feb 04,2025My home charger recently stopped working and after a few simple trouble shooting steps advised over the phone, PodPoint realised it was necessary to send an engineer. One arrived a few days later, performed some quick tests and then deduced the main circuit board needed replacing. He had the part with him and quickly switched the boards and brought my charger back to life. Apart from this my charger has been fine for the 2 years I’ve been using it.
