Jan 31,2025The fitter arrived promptly and explained what he was doing and completed the work quickly. He cleaned all the bits up. He also set up the internet and explained how it worked.

Jan 31,2025The installation wasn't completed because of an incorrect assumption about gas pipe bonding. 6 days later they came back to finish the job but the charger didn't work so still not a successful installation and I've been asked to review it!

Jan 31,2025I am really not happy with how the installation went, the wires in our meter cupboard are just left hanging, I have reached out to Pod Point but currently no response I have spoke to an electrician that has said the work and how it was left is shocking!
