Installation and booking process was so easy. The installer arrived early and completed install efficiently, keeping me updated throughout. Spent time telling me about the unit and the app and how to use it etc. Installer was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Really happy with all aspect of booking and install, it was made so simple.

The engineer was very polite and friendly. He installed the unit without any fuss and showed me how to use it. He tidied up after himself and was friendly with the dog. He was a credit to the company!

From order to fitting the process was simple and easy. The technician was polite and efficient, any questions i had was answered clearly in plain English.. I would highly recommend.

Long story short - their charges are so high it's cheaper to buy a new pod-point than get an old one repaired. Hardly sustainable.
Customer Services is non-existent. Currently sat on hold again after a week of battling conversations with the "Technical Team" via email. No-one will speak to you to resolve the issue in a timely manner, even having explained we are a 2 EV family and this is proving to be an absolute nightmare. Currently googling alternatives to Pod-point as seriously considering having a different charger installed. Very poor! 10th Feb, given Podpoints response below, no contact has been made.
