Jan 28,2025Installation and booking process was so easy. The installer arrived early and completed install efficiently, keeping me updated throughout. Spent time telling me about the unit and the app and how to use it etc. Installer was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. Really happy with all aspect of booking and install, it was made so simple.

Jan 27,2025Customer Services is non-existent. Currently sat on hold again after a week of battling conversations with the "Technical Team" via email. No-one will speak to you to resolve the issue in a timely manner, even having explained we are a 2 EV family and this is proving to be an absolute nightmare. Currently googling alternatives to Pod-point as seriously considering having a different charger installed. Very poor! 10th Feb, given Podpoints response below, no contact has been made.
