Jan 30,2025We placed an order early November after which we sent a video of the proposed installation. This was questioned so we had to wait a further few weeks for a site visit. A quote was then provided for further works of over £1000 which the installer failed to even mention as an option. After questioning this, we were offered another solution which was to trail cable across the steps down to our car port. Clearly a health and safety issue. Response times to emails to Olivia varied from 1-2 weeks so an escalation was requested which was ignored as was the request for response from the complaints team. After getting so fed up with this unprofessionalism we requested a refund in full. Some 14 days later we are still to receive our money back from this company. Unacceptable and incompetent service.

The fitter arrived on time, was very helpful and again explained everything in detail. Pod was fitted quickly and the fitter was friendly and I would highly recommend their service.

Jan 29,2025The Pod Point its self is great and charging..... however a few days after I had the pod point installed I had smart meters fitted, the engineer said wow the pod point wires etc are lose and dangerous I'm surprised you haven't had a fire!!!! Not want you want to hear!!! If I hadn't had new meters fitted what would of happened! Thankfully I work for an energy company and I have some understanding of how the wires etc should look so I will be keeping a close eye on this going forward! Poor installation
