I'm really disappointed. I originally ordered my home charger on the 19th of December, my scheduling was completed by the 30th of December and today (28th of January) the engineer finally came out. However, I had no confirmation today that he was coming out and panicked; I called up the customer service line and was left on hold for over an hour. The customer service advisor was very friendly but this was an hour out of my day lost to this charger now and I still didn't have a definite time the engineer was coming out - how hard is it to send an email confirming your date is today and they'll be there between X and X? The engineer couldn't install the charger and said he didn't work for podpoint but would get someone to call me IMMEDIATELY. That was over 5 hours ago. I haven't received a call and I won't be spending another hour on hold trying to speak to someone so I've come here to leave a review in the hopes someone will reach out to me. The issue has already been resolved on my end and I am now (likely) going to be waiting another month for an engineer to come out while I've got a hole in my floorboard. I chose podpoint because it had rave reviews, I didn't realise that once they had my money they would leave me waiting hours/days/months to install the thing.

Everything carried out exactly as promised
This is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. My pod hasn’t worked properly since install. I have now been unable to drive my brand new car for 3 weeks. I’ve had time off work for an engineers to attend who never show up. I’ve sat on hold for over 40 mins for somebody to just hang up on several occasions annd promises of call backs that never materialise. They refuse to give me my money back, saying it’s their consumer rights to repair - but they won’t attend to repair! I live in a village and literally have a very expensive ornament sat on my drive due to pod point. There total lack of care is shocking. I literally don’t know what to do next! It’s been 2 mi this of hell and stress

Polite, efficient and clear explanations
The charger failed to authorise both my credit card and the Pod Point app. The charger was green showing "available." It's still showing "available" this morning. It seems impossible to talk to anyone on the phone, and the website is useless, it just trying to sell you stuff.
