Jan 23,2025Hi your engineer was very thorough and did a tidy job. Unfortunately by pure chance my area had a major power cut at the end of the installation (not his fault), therefore he could not go through everything that he wanted to with me. He took away a holster that I had purchased from you, but was unsuitable for the type of pod I had. To this point I've had no communication on the refund that he said I would be entitled to.

Jan 23,2025The process took along time due to pod point checking and asking many questions. Many issues were raised but finally it was installed after we had our own electrician involved. The fitter was helpful and competent.

Jan 23,2025The sub contracted company who installed my charger was very good, but the service I have recieved from Podpoint was way below acceptable. Their communication is almost non existent and when you do finally get to speak to someone, they cannot answer any queries and say they will get someone to call you back….. which doesn’t happen. Not recommended!

Jan 23,2025Quick installation date. Installer work around difficult location in challenging temperatures to install neatly. Initial failure of system to charge was initially blamed on our car but then quickly resolved as a pod point software update issue.
